'Jacob Transforms for Bella's Father' Scene | The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2

Bella’s father (Billy Burke) has been trying to contact the Cullens for updates on Bella’s (Kristen Stewart) health. Carlisle (Peter Facinelli) announces that they have to leave Forks, Washington, to protect their identities – especially because of Bella’s father. Jacob (Taylor Lautner), desperate not to lose Renesmee, visits him and tells him that Bella is alive and well, but that she had to change in order to get better. Jacob also tells him he doesn’t live in the world he thinks he does, and then reveals his wolf form to him. The Cullen crew then show Bella how to act like a human again.

  1. Honestly I feel for Charlie. And Jacob had his reasons. Charlie has been through enough.

Also, in the book, when Charlie asks Jacob “what do you mean change?” Jacob says “she looks a lot more like Esme now”.

  3. Jacob was really smart to find a way around the whole problem of exposing vampires. And I like how we actually got to see the scene go down in the movie since the book just only mentioned that he told Charlie.

  4. What is the point of Jacob revealing his true nature to Charlie when it had nothing to the plot and served nothing when bella was facing the problem of meeting her father again
