  1. I would doze it all off. Your time is worth way more than what you could salvage by hand picking through piles of junk that's apt to get you hurt. Buy a dozer then sell it when you are done. Possibilities are endless.

  2. Yes it will be a lot of work cleaning it all up, but you can't go wrong buying another tract of land. Good for you, and Congratulations on the new property! Great location, and that 20 x 30 shop is awesome! I like your idea of making part of it an RV park. That will save a lot of money, time, and work — after the initial infrastructure is put in– because of not having to build, upkeep, and constantly clean any AirB&B buildings.

  3. You talking about the RV/camping grounds is a big deal I watch Brian’s Life in France and he uses those facilities all the time and they look like literally like that spaces between the trees and they look for electrics and WiFi water sources (faucets) Best of luck

  5. Those yellow flowers are goldenrod. Look on the stem if u see a ball about in the center there is a little worm in there that looks like a maggot. Great bait for trout and other fish. Just a little fun fact
