  2. I would interprete AA as: 20mm, 37mm and maybe 88mm towed guns in A and perhaps later. Sd.kfz 7/1 in A too (it's a HT) and with a lot of luck those armoured 37mm HTs. Then in B comes the Flakpanzer Gepard (20mm). I don't think they get Möbelwagen or Wirbelwinds. They would have been mentioned.

  3. there is indeed not a fw 180 thats a typo they dont mention it but i asked, they said it has spw 233s and flak 88s aswell.
    They also dident mention the sturmgrenadier mp 44, wich they also had in sd 44. In sd 44 in the aa tab 37mm are present in the form of flak 36 and flak 43 on mobelwagen. some people say it also had wirbelwinds distrubuted in the tank regiments.

    this is what it says on the eugen website

    A recognized trainer of men, Lüttwitz had four months to rebuild his division around a strong core of veterans, get acquainted with new equipment and train his men for the fights to come. At a time when new divisions were rushed to the front with their training period cut by half, it was a luxury few had.

Panzer was now lavishly equipped not only with all the regular Panzerdivision dotation (Panther, Panzer IV, Hummel & Wespe) but also with some of the most modern equipment available at the time, such as some of the first SdKfz. 234/2 Puma & Jagdpanzer IV fresh out of the factory lines, and even a few hundred of the new MP 44 (later to be rebranded “Sturmgewehr”) assault rifles. On top of that, two out of its four Panzergrenadier battalions received half-tracks, instead of only one as listed in a regular Panzerdivision’s TO&E

    few divisions in the German army were more prepared to face them. As such, it was classified by Allied intelligence as one of the most dangerous armored division on the Western front.

  7. I know you love this. I don't. You just commented that the Soviets are lacking in another comment (well, you don't play the 3 VDV because lacking, but that goes for most Soviet troops). It's simple, this is Eugen's cash cow. They're milking it. They're making better and better stacks in order to get people to buy the "latest and best". But they don't improve the Soviets. Because Eugen is a French based business. I'm sort of disappointed, because SD 44 was the Western front, this was supposed to be the Eastern front. Instead this has turned in to a second Western front.

  10. Compared to other axis divisions, which were disgustingly bad, this one is good. But good among shit. No offmap, standard AA, standard arty (without rocket arty), standard panzergrens with volksdeutsche, Pz4 spam, and recon spam. Average A rush deck which only and only will be playable in 1v1. And even there why bother? There is always 20th panzer. Same pz4 spam but you have unique Is2 and others. They need to nerf a couple decks, which they will no doubts, for these ones to be playable.
