Anno 1800 is a city building real-time strategy video game, developed by Blue Byte and published by Ubisoft, and is set to be launched within April 2019.
It is the seventh game in the Anno series, and returns to the use of a historical setting following the last two titles, Anno 2070 and Anno 2205, taking place during the Industrial Revolution in the 19th century.
Following the previous installment, the game returns to the series’ traditional city-building and ocean combat mechanics, but introduces new aspects of gameplay, such as tourism, “blue-printing”, and the effects of industrialisation influences on island inhabitants.

I think you main leak is you letting your outputs on full a lot, they want to produce you but they cant. I would recommend upgrading your ports asap and get more stores, mainly into your big island (the grain and hops island are full for 3-4 episodes)

A single flame thrower per island is affordable at this point though..
Why do you never in any series protect you islands? With at least one cannon or a flamethrower. It‘s a bit frustrating to watch to be honest 😉 Still fun tho 🙂

Just ask the AIs for peace/truce, after you get the islands. Since you dont have any mods for example the pirate is more likely to give you ceasefire for free, but you have to ask, they will offer it for you for free just when you are super stronger. The combat mod reduced the chance for agreeing and I know you are used to that

You should put a rescue mission or even pirate expedition so you can have good op things by it. Also keep on destroying pirate ship there’s a chance there gonna give you advance weaponry
since you always have surplus on all productions you don't really need consumption reduction propaganda and you can save up on that influence. also some minor unhappiness articles like -5 are not a big deal since you have a lot of happiness bonuses so you can leave that too.
What you need to do is put a pier on the back side of Salsa Verde, the harbor area closest to Santiago. Also, you are setting up the patrols incorrectly.

Your run needs to be on a dedicated trade route and you need to be storing more than 200 on the production island
