Islamophobe reads Surah 24: "Sexism"

Actual title: Light

Where God shows how sexist he is, and Mohammed reminds me of a strict university professor.

  1. We believe the Hadith is also part of revelation but it’s separate from the Quran , because Quran says « that Muhammad PBUH doesn’t speak from his ownΒ Β»

And we also believe that Muhammad pbuh was a living Quran because the Hadith is basically prophet’s saying, action, confirmation and making things haram

So the Quran itself is complete book but Hadith is how we can understand the Quran otherwise Allah can just send a book and that was it, but we don’t believe that because Allah says in the Quran do hajj, zakah, and prayers but we haven’t given the full explanation in the Quran how can we do it so the prophet explain it and show it to us

  2. 1:08:00 If study how the Quran was revealed you will understand the verse you saw about forcing slave into prostitution was pre Islam but this has been forbade later as the example of Alcohol also these things were not become all Haram at once it was in order because God knows our human nature that we cannot take all at once so step by step

  3. « We created every living thing from waterΒ Β» in the past especially in the 7th century this wouldn’t make sense but now we know all living things are made of cells and 8-90% of cytoplasm composed of water

  4. 1:10:40 the verse itself doesn't address what you're objecting to, and the footnote does not state to the east or the west of the earth, it just says the east or the west of a central place, and this central place could mean anything. So if you're going to analyze a religious text be accurate and understand when something is clear/ambiguous, metaphor or literal as well as the different interpretation regarding it, by people who have dedicated to studying this subject their whole lives, and actually speak the original language of the text, instead of taking the simple route and forcing specific teachings & understandings that are not there.

  5. Bro I'm a Muslim and I'm glad that you are taking time to read and understand the Quran. You made a comment that you think that " you will go to hell". I would offer that you should not pre suppose your judgement and rather focus on seeking the truth with God. Peace to you.

  7. Thats ridiculous criticism, the verses are trying to make it fair for everyone because some people might have sympathy with the fornicators which is not fair for the others receiving the punishment. Secondly, 100 lashes (which doesnt even have to be hard, it could be light) is certainly better than death sentences in Judaism and Christianity for the same crime.

  8. 46:10 as a Muslim, I totally agree with you are saying about the Hadiths, it totally did corrupt Islam and many Muslims are taking it as some kind of revelation equal to the Quran which is totally wrong. In fact, the Quran warns us about the hadiths other than the Quran yet many Muslims refuse to listen and are adamant in believing in the man-made hadiths as 100% and thus making their lives much harder as a result.
The purpose of the hadiths was not supposed to be Islamic rulings, but rather help us get a historical idea about what happened in the Prophet's days.

  9. Regarding 'Allah created living things from water' is generally applicable to all life. But for humans specifically, we are told that we were sent down from heavens. I guess that contradicts with the ideas of evolution that humans evolved from other life on Earth. Religion tells us that humans came from space. what do you think? what make you think we evolved from other life forms?

  10. i dont know who told you that hadiths are the interpretations of people… no its not ,… the book that you have hard copy of ( " QURAN " ) and the things that you read before starting a chapter .. those are from sahih bukhari and many hadiths … yess you are reading hadiths at the start and then go on to say hadiths are interpretations… bro hadiths are like bible … they have the stories of mohammad nad his companions and how these verses came to be … what situations caused them in the first place … HADITHS ARE NOT INTERPRETATIONS … in fact quran is also a hadith … hadith means books quran is the most aurhentic hadith …

  12. You are such a fool, Mr Andy. The rain and the clouds are stimulated by energy from the sun and the moon but who is controlling and regulating the consistency of the Sun 🌞 and the moon 🌚 ?? Who is providing the sun and the moon with the energy?? Light energy to mechanical energy. Imagine if the Sun does not rise for one week, what will happen?? This is common sense. There must be a God, who is providing these essential provisions for our existence. Alhamdulillah.
Kindly look into the mathematical miracle of the Qur'an and I can bet you that no human being could have invented the Qur'an. Masha'allah.

  13. At 8:00, the issue isn’t about being hesitant to enforce rules because God is merciful and forgiving. Rather, God emphasizes that people are often more lenient toward fornicators than murderers or robbers. Fornication, something any of us can stumble into, has a backstory that leads individuals down that path. This leniency arises from understanding those circumstances.

However, widespread fornication can indeed harm society. Consider the situation in the West, where some women no longer prioritize modesty. Instead, they may choose sex work for quick money. The root of this problem lies in their prior experiences with multiple partners. Consequently, marriages become rarer, and families fracture.

To prevent such consequences, Capital punishment as a deterrent is actually the most easy and straight forward way. Even if someone commits fornication, they might hide it to avoid corrupting society.

You always talk about a tyrannical god without even thinking what god benefits from setting rules for the benefit of human societies except that he cares for his servants and creature but you are even blind to see this.

  14. genuine question.. why do you replace "Allah" with "God" when you're reading?
Isn't it more sincere to read the text as it is if you want to give it a fair shot?

You might think what's saying Allah or God going to make of a difference, but I believe it isn't sincere to replace such an important part of the text for any reason if you're trying to be open-minded

Let yourself get used to the mentioning of Allah if you want to read this from an Islamic perspective like you claim
