Police is only trying to cover up their faults
It was happened due to illiteracy about traffic rules in both police and people
If you see original footage police didn’t barricade accident area and there was no preventative lights or other preventions taken to secure accident zone (thats how poor traffic rules are in entire India) it was police duty to secure area and people who’re overlooking other accident
2nd is there wasn’t enough street light on that particular area it was too dark to see crowd is standing there
