Is Vegan Food Expensive? | Can Poor People Afford Vegan Food? | Lecture | Q & A | Animal Rights

People often have the misconception that Vegan food is expensive and this is because they immediately associate Vegan food to things like almond milk and mock meats. Those foods are not necessary to be Vegan at all. If we simply stick to our traditional Indian foods and also consume a B12 supplement we can get all the nutrients our body needs.
Instead of using impoverished people who cannot even afford basic food as an excuse to remain a non vegan let us use our privilege to live Vegan and create a society where even impoverished people get Vegan options.

  2. Top notch stuff Arvind!
Hello, girl from the video. If you're a vegan or at least thinking about it or are convinced by the vegan arguments or could be, contact me. Let's date 😌👀

  3. I've been a vegan for the past 2.5 years after watching arvind educate me on this.
But I'm not gonna lie.. veganism is a bit pricey when it comes to eating comfort foods outside.

Best plant based pizzas in metro cities – Nomad pizzas. I like them better than the Domino's pizzas i ate before going vegan.

For anyone in Bangalore looking for healthy homely vegan meals subscription, check out "sampoorna ahara"

But like this video says for regular home made food and regular dishes being vegan is pretty easy and it's definitely cheaper overall considering i haven't been to the doctor for any illness since i went vegan.
(COVID is an exception.. i ate outside a lot and got infected)

  4. This completely misses the real question: How much does it cost to obtain all of the essential nutrients in adequate amounts per day? How many different plants must one buy and consume to supply all of the essential nutrients every day?

  5. 🌱💞♥🥰🙏 There's naturel plants that do have b12, duckweed, spirulina, chlorella, a bit of dirt on your plants , but yes animals are given supplements cuz the soil and water is sterilized of b12. Peace on Earth. AHIMSA
