  1. Thank you for all the encouragement,I travel for work and struggle finding enough time for everything when I am home , but I just do 5 mins here and 10 there. Plus it’s a great mood booster just being in the garden.🙏🏼🌻

  2. Really enjoyed this video. We’re in Western Washington so we have a long growing season temp wise but way to much cloud cover. Can I grow in a high tunnel for longer without bright sunlight?? Thank you!

  3. So grasshoppers like bean plants? So that is what happens to my beans everytime I plant them. They sprout really fast, start growing, and then they get destroyed by something. But I didn't know what. But I have alot of grasshoppers around the garden, so it that it? What else do they eat? What can we do to get rid of them?

  4. We love ❤️ ya’ll from here in Joplin, MO. I was so laughing bath yours seeds in a basket❗️😂You MUST be a seasoned gardener when you haul your beans around in baskets. I have like 6 baskets 🧺 different kinds of seeds in categories. I have to move them around with the shade or run them back into the house. But all summer I’m the baskets of seeds lady, lol 😂. Oh man thank you for the mutual laugh. We are certainly not alone.

  5. "Who doesn't carry pole bean seeds in their purse in their car?" I'm about rolling on the floor right now 'cause I can identify with that! I just started sowing a few things for fall, spinach, more kale, and (my favorites), Xalbadora and Monte Carlo romaine lettuces from Johnny's Seeds. (love their pelleted seed – spaces perfectly) Cheers! Love your videos!

  6. Excellent vlog today. I have never planted a fall garden before. I also didn't realize how long of a growing season we have in zone 8b! Estimated 213 days. However, we are in the Puget Sound area of Washington State, so we have a lot of grey days to contend with. But still, 213 is a lot more than I thought we had, so I am excited to see what happens. Planted bush Blue Lake green beans this morning in the space left by disappointing bush peas. Not a failure because I now know that our peas will come from the store frozen and I will plant something that yields better in their place. Tiny, tiny garden space so it matters greatly. Thank you. Oh! Can't wait to try the wiggle test on my Zinnias! Giggling all the way.

  7. I love seeing this. I have struggled so much with my spring/summer garden, and ended up losing almost everything. In my own platform I have been taking the opportunity to change some things and also teaching that it is okay to start fresh this late in the season. I love hearing the knowledge I am sharing (that I learned from you and Jess and others) echoed back. Wishing you abundance. Keep on encouraging!!!!❤️❤️❤️

  8. I like your idea about succession sowing, just a few minutes a day. I tend to wait to have more time to do this, and that way I miss many opportunities and find I have left it too late to plant.

  9. If my brassicas have not yielded fruit of any kind yet but are starting to have signs of growth should I let them continue and hope something happens or should I pull and replant??? They are in GreenStalks. 13 of them.
