What if you did more of a super quick trade build instead so you can go in and abuse the move speed. Like cosmic into lichbane or ludens and then getting the next item.

Maybe its especialy for the cosmic that you go phase rush? Personaly i find it funny but bad.. Better go electrocute and take the sorcery cd + ap or scorch thats what im doing personaly and i still go nash as 1st item with this. Like here for 200 gold more if you took the nash it would be such a better snowball item to rush the cosmic next 🤷🏻♂️

i tried Cosmic Drive on Kat after the item buffs. i love that item. i stoped playing the build with cosmic rush bc my friends told me its troll ._. my build was Cosmic Drive into Lichbane. (With sorc boots) than most of the time: Rocketbelt, Zhonyas, Rabadons. Maybe Void Staff if enemy stacks mr. i didnt try phase rush, bc in my opinion electrocute is just way better for an assassin. 🙂
i think the build is fine. but many ppl will be annoying if they see ur build. 🙁
