  1. I dunno. I WAS excited to get this game but what I'm seeing just isn't that great yet? Very few options….no controller support….not able to zoom in. I feel like a year later and well over a million dollars….we should at least have THOSE things? More eyes….lip colors? I don't know, maybe my expectations aren't realistic but it's keeping me on the fence for now lol.

  2. I was so looking forward to this game. Wasn't able to back it on Kickstarter because the exchange rate to my currency is insane. Regardless I just bought the game on Steam. I can't wait for my work day to end and play this game!

  3. I honestly thought there'd be more content considering how much money they got. I'll get it eventually but for now I'll wait.

And everyone is saying diverse cast but they all kinda look like the same to me, idk why…? I think cos their coloring is the same; every guy has facial hair, and 99% many of them have black hair combi; would've liked more anime hair colors, esp for the guys. It's pretty rare for me to not have a single chara (male or female) I'm attracted to in a farming game. And before any woke folk come for me, I'm actually southeast asian lol.

  4. I feel like it's just too similiar to stardew valley and lacks very unique selling points. Sure you have a ton of new features but the overall feel of the game feels the same other than a graphical update. I'll wait some time to see if the game is more solified and perhaps buy it than, but for now it doesn't get me that excited.

  5. Stardew valley is better. becasue CI has too simple graphic. (the grass color is too flat, the ground color is too flat, the 3d obejct style are just ordinary ) it will be perfect if they make some defective object such as the wooden bridge should have some broken part. the grass should have some dying grass. same as tree leaf. should have highlight and darker color

  6. Pulled the trigger since the game is pretty cheap here in my country and the game might get more expensive as more features are introduce. So far so good I'm really enjoying it and there's so much to do. The one con I can say about it is that it's way too similar to stardew valley that we might as well call this game stardew valley 2. But If that's a game that you're looking for then coral island will immediately feel right at home for you.

  7. I hate when people complain about missing features in an Early Access game…
They can't band aid every missing piece of the game just to hold it over till its patched in. Their Steam page (and likely elsewhere) state that only one event per season is ready right now.
If you plan to play any early access, you should expect a somewhat rocky ride and plenty of missing pieces.
