RECIPES🥞🧇🫐🍒🥐

➤Caramelized Banana protein oats
1 banana + coconut oil
½ cup oats
tbsp chia seeds
cinnamon
salt
1.5 cup almond milk
½ cup water
1 scoop protein

in saucepan add oats, chia, milk, water, cinnamon & simmer until thick + add protein
Halve banana and fry in cinnamon + coconut oil to caramelize
top oats w. banana, nut butter, toasted pecans and chocolate

➤Cinnamon roll pancakes
Pancakes:
1 egg
¼ cup yogurt
⅓ cup almond milk
½ cup oats
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder

swirl:
1 tbsp butter/ coconut oil
1 tsp granulated sweetener
1 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tsp pancake batter

blend pancake ingredients
mix cinnamon swirl ingredients and add 1-2 tsp pancake batter, add to a ziplock bag
scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan and swirl the cinnamon swirl on the pancake then flip when bubbling
Top with icing (icing sugar with 1 tsp milk)

➤Single serve pumpkin cinnamon roll
dough:
½ mashed banana
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1/2 cup self-rising flour (or 1/2 cup regular flour + 1/2 tsp baking powder)
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Filling:
1 to butter, melted (or coconut oil)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Icing:
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp water

Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix dough ingredients until a ball forms and roll out on a floured surface
Make the filling and spread it on top of the dough.
Cut the dough into two strips, and then roll each strip, forming one large cinnamon roll.
Transfer to a greased ramekin or mug and bake for 15 minutes.
Add icing on top and enjoy your cinnamon roll!

➤Apple cinnamon donut pancakes:
1 apple
Pancake batter of choice
1/4 cup granulated sweetener
1 tsp cinnamon

Method:
Mix batter ingredients in a bowl & set aside.
Core the apples and slice into thin rings. Press a hole in the centre (I used a bottle lid). Coat the apple rings in the batter.
pan fry apple rings for 2 mins on both sides until golden.
Toss in cinnamon sugar while they are still warm

➤Peanut butter noods:
2 servings noodles of choice
2 tbsp pb
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 tsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chilli oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic

Cook noodles & reserve 1/3 cup of the water. Rinse noodles w cold water then set aside.
combine sauce ingredients and slowly add in the reserved water
add pb sauce to noodles w. any veggies/protein

➤Pumpkin pancakes:
1 eggs
¼ cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk or oat milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
⅓ cup rolled oats
1 scoop protein
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  1. Linda, this video was SO HELPFUL. Hearing you talk about the lonely period really meant a lot to me, I don’t fit in with my old friends and haven’t found new ones yet-but I know that it won’t always be that way and I shouldn’t do anything to try and make people like me because I am who I am, and will not be ashamed of that❤ I’m going to try my hardest to take care of myself -I am not a project!   3. Isn’t it counterintuitive to speak of de influencing before a sponsored plug for vitamins? I think it’s misleading as it’s recommend to speak with your PCP prior to using vitamins or supplements as you get most vitamins from your diet and shouldn’t be taking them unless its necessary in cases like deficiencies. Not only that but there’s little studies to the effectiveness of vitamin or mineral supplements and highly unregulated.

    You are beautiful, talented, smart, and amazing. I know life is hard and there are so many people that push us down and try to illuminate the bad things in the world. And I know there are people that would rather be hateful than try to be kind. But I love all of you so, so much, you are amazing people, and overall wonderful, kind human beings. Despite pain that we've experienced, we are powerful people with the ability to change the world, with the ability to survive. So please don't give up. You are beautiful, who you are is and always will be enough and more than enough. You are smart. You are talented. You are amazing, in the way you act and the ways you talk. You are amazing for your characteristics and how you treat other people. You are deserving; of happiness, of kindness.   7. I’ve been in this battle with myself for a very long time and I had to watch this video before going to sleep. (It’s 2:31 am but better than 4 lol.) I’ve been watching you ever since my last year in high school and have seen you grow so much and I’m so happy to be able to watch your videos. I wanted to do this for a while, but after seeing this video I checked my local yoga studio schedule and saw that there is 1 place left for a 8 weeks beginner class.
