Unfortunately there is very little unbiased media on the subject at a time when Marvin’s actions now resonate with millions of Americans, and even less information from Marvin’s side with the exception of some tape recordings. Not only was it the sewage problem, but the concrete company built over and blocked the only road to his business. Marv offered to build a different road himself and pay for it so the city didn't have to but the city said no. so he armoured up the dozer he bought to build the road and you know the rest.
