  4. Now we are talking!! I fell in love with this house from the intro!! Ultra modern inside/out. Interior is breathtaking!! Outside of the wonderful open concepts – the variances of lighting types, fixtures, cabinetry, tiling, flooring, etc. compliments the modern motif!! Floor to ceiling windows that will allow abundant sunshine to enhance the modern space with warm!! I can see myself in this home. Blessed one who ends up with this home. Wonderful tour as usual.   6. So the guest suite has no real closet👎people generally have clothes that need to be hung up not folded, blk toilet👎but that kitchen is heavenly 👍this is a entertainers dream especially if you love to host parties.

  11. It’s a cool home but so many cheap finishings. For almost $6 million it’s absolute garbage compared to what you could get for the same price a couple of years ago. But I guess it’s to be expected. The kitchen cabinets are bottom of the barrel. Looks like a newbie was put in charge of staining them. Just gawd awful. I’m also so dick and tired of that hideous green cabinets and wall paint. The master bath is just hideous. They need to fire whoever made the decision on that room. It screams CHEAP!

  12. This is a very masculine home, which would be perfect for me. This is for a wealthy bachelor, the man who entertains often and enjoys showing his wealth. This has become my favorite of all the homes I've seen on this channel.

  14. It is the small details that matter when you’re paying this much for a luxury home. The wood on the front entrance door should have tied in to think the wood inside the home …… the front entrance door wood is way too red in the stained colour it needs to be more brown. It looks like an afterthought. Also when you start seeing a shiny surfaces it just makes the home look cheap and “blingy”. I think the architecture of this home is beautiful and stunning. The exterior is simply gorgeous but some of the materiality choices inside the home could have been a bit better thought out in my opinion. Also, I like my sink in the island. Not a fan of the ceiling treatment in the great room or above the island. I would have preferred beams…or nothing. Not a fan of the primary bathroom….all that grey…..

  19. I believe the finish on those last plumbing fixtures was Titanium. It’s definitely trending. I could be wrong but that’s what it looked like to me. Somebody did you dirty with that one toilet seat 😂. I must say, those garage doors are straight beast mode! This home is a slay!!🖤🩶🤍 I LOVE your channel and never miss a video now that I’ve found it!

  20. Winner, winner chicken dinner.
    I think this is the very 1st property that I absolutely love from the exterior. This property is my absolute favorite so far. There a couple of minor things I would change but the majority of the home is extremely beautiful. It is not all cold & sterile with the entire home being white & lifeless.
    The 1st powder bath was all dark & moody…love that! The 2nd powder room had a strange color palette.
    The 2nd floor is nice.
    The entire home is perfect for entertaining. A secondary laundry room is a nice touch.
    The secondary bedrooms & bathrooms & closets are spacious & very nice & not cookie cutter.
    The backyard, pool house & pool…
    The only thing missing is an outdoor kitchen.

  25. this was a hard watch. this reminds me of a 19 – 21 yr old tik tok'r or YouTuber with money. nothing about this said longevity or home…ALOT of spaces seemed like after thoughts like that detached weird guess "bedroom"… its cold and just seems like what they call a influencer house on mtg or something… a lot of money and no character or class. just because it shines doesn't make it gold. 8600 square ft of this? But the stairs looked great though
