The day after Mardi Gras this year will be a time not just for ashes on foreheads but for seeing if a petition drive has made enough of a smudge to force a recall election.
That day will follow a season filled with parades, marching groups and questions about how to regulate both.
We will be looking at these stories, as well as good environmental news about reducing emissions and coastal restoration. Plus a special uptown election, and the city gets a new fleet of vehicles — as well the scoop on Carnival beads.

Tell me again what value E adds to this show? He can't even get basic facts correct on the segment that he was covering, such as the gender of the candidate in a very heavily covered story. If he's unwilling or unable to do what it takes to be an "informed source" he should step the F down.
