  1. Not looking forward to this film. Sullah can't save this movie. Disney will ruin another franchise, but if the rumors are correct, this film will be the figurative "last nail in the coffin" for Ms. Kennedy.

Disney has numbed my excitement for anything that they've made since the final episode of The Mandalorian, Season 2. I just hope that I'm wrong, and Indy 5 turns out to give the proper respect to the character.

  2. What is the significance of the background picture behind Christian? I assume there's a point to it since he's sitting almost all the way out of frame just so we can see it

  3. I wasn't excited for this movie and wanted them to recast. I had a bad taste in my mouth from the Crystal Skull. I was huge fan of the first 3 but the 4th one I felt was wrong from the beginning. Who am I kidding after watching the trailer, they have my money. I do think James Mangold could give us a solid product. The last two scenes do seems over the top and hoping that isn't the entire movie.

  4. I’m excited for this movie!!! I hope that they don’t do a bait and switch and make his goddaughter the actual main character but the trailer looked great. My only question is where’s Indy’s trusty pistol? He’s had it in every movie and I haven’t seen him with it at all in this one.

  5. What I noticed in this trailer is how many shots in the trailer are from like flashbacks or the earlier years of Indiana Jones. It makes me wonder how much of this movie will be sequences from the early Indiana Jones career. I hope it's not like a shit ton because of the deaging aspect of that could hurt those sequences.

  6. Man i really wanted to love this trailer but there's sooooo much CGI which makes it not feel like an og Indy movie. That was one of my major gripes with crystal skull. Way too much cgi. Go old school, use more practical effects!
I love mangold and still excited for the movie but the trailer didn't really work for me

  7. Wow….I thought it look absolutely awful.
The CGI, the green screen…the stupid-slowed-down-version-of-an-old-score trick, the new plucky younger female character (who’ll be better, smarter and kick more ass than Indy), more de-ageing guff because having an 80 year old man as your lead causes you to invent TIME TRAVEL in order to get a young Indy on screen.

I bet they’ll even do a hackneyed “oh you know you haven’t been the same since your wife, MARION RAVENWOOD died of cancer 4 years ago…”

It reeks of Disney. Time travel…Christ Almighty.

Indiana Jones and The Woke Studio Awakens.

    Positives?? Ummm no Shia, maybe?

My favorite Indiana Jones film is Raiders of the lost Ark (One of My favorite films ever) Then Last Crusade (I love that film) Then Temple of Doom (It has my favorite Indiana Jones moment when their on the tracks in The Gold Mine) What's You're favorite Indiana Jones moment Kristion?

  9. I was SO psyched for this trailer after hearing so much positive hype, especially from Kristian and crew, but I wish I could say I wasn’t MASSIVELY disappointed. Much love and respect to you Kristian and crew, it’s just one trailer where I couldn’t disagree more with how disappointing it was for me. I hated this trailer. I LOVE Indiana Jones, and adore James Mangold and the writers, so I’m absolutely holding out hope, though, especially after hearing how much Harrison seems to be on board, even if I didn’t like this trailer at all. Hoping for the best 😣😅🙂

  10. I have never been into Indy all that much. I watched it as a kid because Harrison was Solo and that appealed to me to see him in something else. The original films to me were ok, the kind of movies I put on a wet Sunday, if there isn't much to do. The fourth to me was the best and most interesting, I liked the alien angle. The trailer here didn't appeal, but I hope those who are into it have a good time.
