I liked Darryl SR and junior…..I wouldn't really trust the dad, because he just told you what you wanted to hear. Junior was like a kid. Shame they have left. It was probably inevitable. Guess we'll be seeing Eric a lot more.
Daryl seinor he’s extensive drug and alcohol use. His poor son is overweight . Daryl needs jail time for the theft …. And his son needs to be in a nursing home he doesn’t have too much time left …

Love the videos I do snow I make all my customer sign a disclosure to make sure that all water speakers water lines curbs are marked. I also tell my customers that when the snow gets to 5-6 inches I can still see the outlines of most things.
I have not read all of the comments but might I suggest that you weld up frames for those boxes. Then you can slide the boxes in and bolt them to the upper side frame . Add angle iron to the bottom frames to slide the boxes in and out as needed. Work smarter not harder. It is good to see you preparing for the spring season. You might think about adding a safety latch to keep the boxes from falling open while traveling.
I have dealt with thieves and liars it is like a disease that the person needs counselling for a very bad habit to break they cannot see the wrong they do
I own a construction business, one of my guys was exactly like Darryl, always was sleeping on the job, always eating, would do bad stuff all the time, eventually the truth came out and it was a drug/alcohol problem.

I Remember when someone gave daryl Jr a 500 gift card to buy clothes. Ryan was very clear what the money was for . I never seen any new clothes on Jr after that.

Ryan use a strong arm wrench to loosen tight bolts it is a lot easier and adds life to your ratchet wrench. Just a tip learnt a long time ago.

Your shop water pressure being low might be because if that water service line has a pressure regulator on it it may have gone bad and needs replacing
