I love how this mod called Better Balanced Games, and yet this version of Norway looks about as unbalanced as I have ever seen. Fun as all get out…but busted.

Yoh little tip: you can use the torre de belem to build the flood walls of all your cities in a different continent. I try to leave it 1 turn away from finishing.
Extra tip: since it only builds the cheaper building, you have to be sure to have granary, monument and water mill, but sewers are more expensive than flood walls (??)
