Nice build, some small hints i discovered recently myself 🙂 You do know, that you can upgrade foundation without removing them (Press and hold R when having hammer in hand choose what to upgrade to, than use Right click to upgrade existing foundation)? Secondly no need to put placeables on action bar, just right click in backpack and select deploy 🙂
