I love Lies of p weapon assembly system , yk it kinda makes you develop your own combat style and playstyle and strategies . and when you stuck in a boss , there comes the spark of ideas .

maybe not the best damage but the rapier blade with either the acid spear handle (super long one handed poke stick) or tyrant murderer dagger handle (super long stiletto)
the movesets are very fun
rapier blade on any dagger handle is just super fun and fast

Have you tried pairing the Bramble Blade with the Saber Handle? It’s a super fun combo—the moveset is quick and fluid, but you’ll have to get used to the shorter range. Another great option is the Electric Coil Handle with the Puppet Axe Blade. While it’s a bit slower, the damage output is incredible and can make tougher fights more manageable. Loving this series so far and can’t wait to see more of your creative builds in action!

I've been trying to make the Pistol Rock Drill handle with Tyrant Dagger head work for a while but it was still too slow/short for me until I put the Rapier blade on it, the extra range and having a blade Fable Art that can stagger helps a lot. It's still not great but I like it a lot more.
If the dlc isn't announced at the game awards, I'm gonna start tweaking istg. I NEED more Lies of P
In my latest playthrough I found that the explosive pic axe handle goes great with the Mjolnir head cause of the handle's fable art reducing stamina cost letting you swing super fast, need to get to NG+ to do an actual mixed stat build

I've got two ambominations for you. First, fire axe blade head and big pipe wrench handle, its not the best but its hilarious beating carcasses up with a literal fire axe when you use flame grinder (you can weave an attack using the start up of your charged heavy).
Second, pistol rock drill blade with cursed knight's halberd handle, this weapon is the definition of "Don't screw with me!" cuz your smacking ppl with a stupidly long and fancy screwdriver.
Edit: i used this to beat nameless puppet somehow, black steel cutter blade with circular electric chainsaw handle with advance crank.
Edit2: I'M NOT DONE COOKING! FOR I MADE A WEAPON THAT CAN'T BE ESCAPED UNLESS THEY DODGE FAR OR RUN FAST, bone cutting saw blade with blind man's spear handle. This weapon is quite fast for its weight so with it's long reach, no enemy can escape it! All you got to do is spam light attacks if they try to gain distance, it does decent dmg too. (Btw i'm using these abominations with most of these blades and handles uncranked or leveled, so its gonna do some stupid dmg)
Spear of honor blade + blind man's spear handle and exploding pickaxe blade + pipe wrench handle are an amazing combo, I almost always use the Spear of honor + blind man's spear combo tho
