I really like what they did with sorcery in Elden Ring. Plenty of fast casts to do solo stuff with, but also Ash summons help provide a meatshield for tougher encounters. Lots of fun options for invasions too, and a ton of amazing Int-scaling weapons. The Moonlight Katana is probably the overused one, but since frost scales with int, Hoarfrost Stomp is an amazing skill to use with anything.
There's something oddly satisfying about you enjoying a caster build I love it. Glad this game doesn't revolve around solely spacing and passivity and that people who left at DS3 are coming back.
