I captured a ghost voice while filming! ghost journal entries, see our dog interact, and more!

  1. I have had all the same experiences as you except the chills. We had a beautiful golden retriever who would react just like Willow does when she experiences a spirit. Many times a week we would hear an animal come up the stairs to the bedroom (it sounded like dog paws). After Max passed away I would hear him come up the stairs almost every night and come into the bedroom. Once I even experienced him jumping up on the bottom of the bed!
I would hear footsteps and things being moved only to find that they were moved! When my son was an infant his prepare baby bottles were stolen never to be found. Another time my husband and friends were sitting around the dining room table and an antique teacup came flying off the server, over their heads over the table and landed safely on the floor. Many, many more experiences too many to repeat. Loved your experiences, love Willow and fully enjoyed this video. Lots of fun. Thank you 😊

  2. WOW!!! I can totally believe your experiences. I remember after my husband died in 1997, I used to hear him walking down the hallway. His ankles always clicked when he walked due to an accident many years before. When I mentioned it to the kids they said they had also heard it and so had a couple of their friends. They always thought it was the old man checking up on them. Then in 2007 I was having a bath in the evening and a voice yelled at me saying "You are not going to die, it's not your time, you won't die". I was like "what the heck??" Yelled out to my partner asking if he was being stupid, but he was actually outside talking to a neighbour. The next morning on the way to work, I had a bad car accident and really thought I was going to die as the pain was so bad, but I remembered the words from the night before and that kept me calmer. I always had a feeling that it was my husband giving me a warning. If it was, I am so grateful to him as it stopped me panicking. And yes I did hear the voice on your video. Willows reaction was incredible, yes I'm sure there was someone there. My nephew when he was little had a hat that belonged to my father-in-law and he used to talk to it saying that his grandfather was talking to him. One day my sister-in-law found the hat down a bank and gave it back to her son, he said that he didn't need it anymore as granddad had gone away. Thank you for an amazing video. 3. I just wanted to mention to Victoria that some of my experiences also happened in a house in Milford, Ct. but it was over 50 years ago when my son was a baby. When we moved out close friends of ours moved in and once in a while she would call me and ask me to keep her company while her husband was working late. She also heard very pronounced footsteps and thought there was an intruder. I had a few hair raising experiences in that house for sure! 😳

  4. I too, have had things that I could not explain happen in my 114 year old house. Some unhappiness lifted when we asked the presence to go to the light, that didn’t work, but when we said you are free, there was a wind inside the closed house. The feeling in the house became lighter. Our house was built where the slave quarters were on the hemp plantation.

  5. As someone who has experienced some abnormality in our 1892 home – once by me; once by each daughter on separate occasions. Never mean or hateful; never to my husband – the girls father. I also had a previous owner stop and asked at the very end of our visit, if I had experienced anything. She also had, but not her husband. So yes, it happens.

  6. Thank you for sharing. Wow just wow…… I actually knew my sister hung out a while after she died. She let me know by things that were happening. She didn’t scare me but I knew she was there. Adored her….

  7. Hey Linda.. I have to say that I really enjoyed this experience of yours.. I had an experience many years ago.. And I have never forgotten it.. But my daughter who was around 3 or 4 years old at that time and myself we went to visit a friend in Louisiana and spend a few days there.. Well my friend failed to tell me about her ghost there.. We all later said our goodnight and go into our bedroom.. My daughter who slept with me and several hours in the wee morning I woke up got my eyes to focus.. At the end of the bed was a 4 drawer chest.. I just laid there for a minute and couldn’t believe what I was seeing.. There was a man with long hair sitting on top of the chest.. He never said anything to me.. He just looked at me and waved.. I just looked at him .. I was going to sit up more in my bed and when I turned around he was gone.. I asked my friend about it later that morning and she admitted it is true.. I said thank you for telling me.. I have never forgotten that.. A quite experience ..Wasn’t scared but I will always remember that..Thank you again Linda and Willow.. 🐕..Sorry this was a little long..Hearing the voice was something else.. Enjoyed it all..Willow a smart girl..

  8. Thank you for sharing. I've always loved stories, movies and happenings with ghosts. I've had my experiences also. You captured some fantastic fireplace orbs and the " ghost voice " is very clear. I'm not surprised by all your exciting ghost activity, its New England afterall. If you have more activity please share it again. Love it.

  9. Hi Linda, like you I always try to find logical explanations for strange things. I lived in an apartment once where explainable things happened regularly in very strange ways. Eg. bike bell tinging a couple hours after I set the bike against the wall, cupboards popping open when not touched. Nothing too scary, but just not normal. I put Willow's reaction in that category. My dogs would react like that if uncertain of what they sensed. … pretty normal apart from the level of agitation and length of time. Glad you are no longer there. A few years later my very sensible ex husband said he had sensed movements ext in that apartment … but never told me because he thought it would scare me. I hope the people how brought your place and mine … are the type that don't notice such things.
Had a sense of very lovely grandma like figure in a house once. Never saw or heard a thing… just sensed her in the older part of the house. Not mischievous like above.
The grandma's house was pulled down after we sold. Any body have any suggestion what happens to the ghost when that happens?

  10. Thank you for your stories. I have quite a few but a few standout. Taking a bath midday while newborn sleeping. Hear the front door open and something drop down on the floor by the door. Thinking my husband had come home for lunch, I call out hello. No answer. I take one step out the bathroom door, that puts me in direct eyesight of the front door. No one there. A quick check of the front door, it is locked. Taking a nap while child is napping, I hear foot door open and close and footsteps across a wooden floor(mine is carpeted) and they stop in front of my bedroom door. I was faced away from the door, all I could think of was my child was in the next room, I snatch the lamp on the bed stand and launch myself towards the door. No one there. Front door locked. 14 years later, I hear a distinct plink of metal on the kitchen floor. Found the back door key in the middle of the floor. It had been hanging under the counter next to the door. I hung it up and put a piece of duct tape over it. Told my son about it. Next day we were both reading in the living room and we hear that sound. I go in the kitchen and call out to my son the key moved again! This time the top of the duct tape was open. I took it as a sign to lock my back door as it opens to a deck that has stairs at the end of it, next to my bedroom sliding door and leads to the lower level of the house and a garden next to the driveway. (I live on a hillside) That night I am awakened by a crash outside, the stairs down to the garden from the deck is aligned with the head of my bed. Thinking I just had one of those dream induced crashes, I go back to sleep. The following week the cable man, there to replace our cable lines off the back deck asked what happened to the stairs. I had not been down the stairs for over a month. I go look at them and they were broken through as if someone had fallen through them.(set of 5 steps) The wood was old but something heavy had to make that old wood break. I could see it had been weakened by ant activity. I thank my key warning, I think I had an unwelcome visitor that night and they really really must have been a hurting unit after that break through!

  11. I live on property that once belonged to my county's poor farm at the turn of the century. My 2-year old– now 17– would often talk to her imaginary friend in her room that she simply called "The Black Man". She described him as someone who wore dirty clothes and had dirt "on the tops of his shoes". She said he was nice and would come talk to her with the "White Lady"– someone whom she described as a nurse with blonde ("yellow") hair and red lips, wearing a white hat. Up until she was 7 years old, she would come into my room and hide behind me while cautiously looking down the hall into the living room, where she said stood a shadow person. At the age of 7, she drew a picture of a little girl with long black hair, wearing a white nightgown. She called her the "Hawaiian girl". (I don't know– perhaps Native American?) My daughter said that she would stand below her bunk bed and shake the bed post. My daughter said that she also did not like her father and wanted to hurt him. (My husband– oblivious to this, was changing outfits one day, and noticed three deep scratches on his side that he could not have reached by and done by himself.) Then, we had a little figurine that our daughter painted at one of those pottery shops, that had been sitting on her shelf for months– undisturbed. We were eating dinner one evening and I heard a little 'ping' noise coming from her bedroom. All 3 of us went in and couldn't figure it out until I glanced down and noticed that the figurine had fallen off the shelf and was propped up against a table below. My husband put the figurine back on the shelf– placing a couple toys in front of it (after we shook furniture and jumped up and down and still couldn't figure out why it had fallen off in the first place)– and walked out. Five minutes later, 'PING!' We went into her room again and found the figurine in the middle of her floor– broken in half. We looked up on the shelf and the toys that were in front of it were still in place. (I got chills seeing Linda's tape on the floor– because it sent the same chills as the figurine!) We had a psychic medium come into our home (or rather I did since my husband was too embarrassed), whereas nothing was told to her of our experiences. She immediately told us that there was a black man in our home– and a little girl. Thankfully, we haven't had any incidences since over the past decade. (However, I just got spooked while typing this as I heard a tapping against my wall. — It was my teen cleaning her closet at 1am, lol! Whew!)

  13. Thank you Linda for this, I too can feel with my intuition if there is someone around in spirit world, or if a place is not welcoming, or if it is very welcoming. I have had my name called in a house where I lived with my parents, in my early 20s. When I walk down the lane with my dog, I can sense spirits around me, and I thank them for being there. Animals are so intuative, that they pick up on spirits, it is so interesting to see. xxx

  14. Not long ago, I was sitting in my sitting room, and my lamp in the kitchen came on and went off. The only way it could be switched on was by pusing the switch on the lead. I have also had the television go off on it's own. Yet these are converted cart barns where I live, so no one would have died here? I did have a male friend who died at the age of 45, about 10 years ago now, and we were very close, and I do think he comes to visit me in spirit form sometimes. He had a dry sense of humour, so I do think it could be him. xxx

  15. Linda love this and thanks. I was wondering if you had considered sharing with no commentary the videos of Willow with a dog behavioralist to see what that person would say. Also. I am descended from shipbuilding persons named Storey (with an e) who came from England.

  16. Good day Linda, so many of your experiences mirrors my own! My past home , my family and I lived in for almost 20 years in acushnet, ma , was also haunted. Our dogs were always sensitive to things. We also had smoke detectors go off several times a year in the middle of the nigh. We learned that there had been a fire which started in the basement almost forty years prior. Several objects misplaced and reappeared! Shadow people and unexplained sounds and cold spots! Orbs as well. Although we sometimes miss our old home, we are happy that there hasn’t been any experiences in our most recent home. I still sometimes get 0:20 that eerie feeling , but who knows. Thanks for sharing your experiences.

  17. I love your videos and stories. I too am a believer. During a trip to Gettysburg, my husband and I were standing at the High Water Mark when a large gray shadow appeared to our left and then was gone. The sun as not and not a tree nearby to cast a shadow. I have had other types of experiences in our home (1966 ranch). One of the most recent ones, our poltergeist has a sense of humor. While in the shower my squeegee would fall off of the little bench while my back was turned. This happened a few times. Each time I would pick it up and place back on the little bench. There was no reason for that to happen. So, I just laughed and said wait your turn and it stopped. Our two cats have acted like Willow many times. Animals are so much more sensitive than humans are. Loved that you found the voice too!

  18. I really enjoyed hearing your ghost stories! I grew up in a historic haunted home myself and now live in a 93 year old cottage where we hear loud knocks and bangs late at night as well. The EVP you caught was so creepy and fascinating! Thank you for sharing your spooky stories! I’d love to hear more!

  19. Love this! I knew the last house we lived in had a ghost the first time we went there to view it. Times after we moved in I felt someone in the room with me and I would look and no one would be there. One early morning I thought my daughter was beside my bed and I put my arm out and no one was there so I opened my eyes and looked up and saw the shadow of a little girl in a long nightgown and it looked like she was carrying a baby or doll then when I moved she disappeared. My husband saw her too the same night at a different time.

  20. I truly appreciate your stories. I have many of my own to share. I believe in the house I grew up in was truly haunted. But one story I would like to share. I was not in the house I grew up in I was much older. It was the day after my father passed away. When I was younger in the mornings while he was getting ready for work he would sing or whistle in the bathroom next to my room. Well the day after he passed I heard him whistling and felt someone touch me. I woke up startled and sad 😥 and started crying. Because I just remembered he was no longer with me. My husband was still asleep. So I really feel that was my dad. And I felt his presence many times after that. When we moved out of the city unfortunately I don't feel him anymore.

  21. It hasn’t happened in a while but I have had premonitions that someone I knew had passed. One instance happened at work. When I looked up a a wall clock and announced to my coworker that one of my neighbors had passed. When I got home that night I learned that indeed he had passed at that exact time of day. My coworker then told me I was a witch. 😊

  22. The night before my open heart surgery for a 99% closed aortic valve, my brother who had passed away 8 months earlier, woke me. I could see him and hear him telling me to come with him. I felt torn about leaving and told him I wasn’t ready, that I still had work to do. He gentle let go of my hand, and left the room. His presence gave me the courage to go through the surgery and fight my way back to good health. 😢

  23. As an empath – you get used to feeling, seeing and hearing things about which other people remain unaware. I liken it to a person with color vision living among the colorblind. I, too, have seen ghosts and had inexplicable experiences. I never encourage it. I guess I am afraid. Even if the vibe feels positive – you never know what can slip through if you open the "portals" too far. I am not surprised you are receptive, as you are a gentle soul. And I am glad you are open-minded, but please be safe, as well.❤

  24. When I was a teenager I was woken up by someone pushing on my shoulder and screaming “Rhonda, wake up, wake up.” I did, to find the house on fire. There was no one in the room. My brothers were still asleep in their beds.
There were many times that I felt a tapping on my shoulder while in my bed room. Same house.
My friends house two doors down had a malevolent spirit. It would slam doors , throw things at people, mostly the kids. I never liked being in the house or even in the yard. That family sold their house. Sold to a friend of my moms. Bought sight unseen, it was lake frontage. The first time the women saw the house she felt a little sick. She got just inside the back door and was violently sick. She went no further.
They tore the house down, foundation and all. Cut down the huge trees near the house, dug up the roots and hauled all of it away to a farmers field and buried it. Then built the new house in a U shape around where the old foundation was. Two years later they talked to the farmer and he said crops won’t grown where they buried the house and trees. They buried it 20’ or more deep too.
I kid you not. That spirit had attached itself to the house.
