  1. Wow, does Tom look fantastic!! 🤩 Keep pushing dude! Keep working out at the gym and eating right, because you are handsome!!! And you walk handsome and straight, too!! Hope your family are inspired to do the same! If not, carry on with your thing! You hold the power over you! 🌟💫

  2. You know, you might think the hubby was being harsh, but I think that is the frankness of European culture – and what she needed to face to REALLY and truly motivate her into busting the fat and moving her mother out. It was touching to see them hugging at the end.

Keep going Jodi! Your beauty shines at the end, but remember, that this is not the end, but the midpoint! You got to get to a healthy BMI, too! You can do it! Rock it! Keep hydrated!

  3. This place needs to implement cooking classes regularly. Then giving them the recipes to cook at home. The grocery shopping is good, but hopefully they are doing that on a regular basis as well. You can teach someone to work out, but all of these people seem to return home in 30 days and have families. Eating and food addiction is the biggest challenge. In my opinion they need MORE help to prepare them to go home…

  4. Someone SHOULD push these people. They are addicted to food and their bodies are destroyed, and other people wind up paying the price for their laziness, self-indulgence, and unwillingness to work.

  5. I got 24mins into this video and left for the gym. Currently 5'10 294lbs. I was going to "start tomorrow", but these two inspired me to start right now <3

  6. I'm an addict. I cldnt imagine if someone told me u have to quit but BUT u have to have a little bit everyday to stay alive. Idk food addiction is the worst thing. I give it to these people who do it.

  7. A witness said his neighbor from across the street was screaming that fire came out of the ground. It spread so fast he was badly burnt all over and his wife and friend died. These people has been fighting developers for years. Fire should not be spreading so fast that you have to run for your life and jump into the ocean. They are not in the forest; they are in the city on cement. This fire was not by nature.

  8. The dietician needs to update her education. Calorie counting is outdated; no carbs is the solution. As for the trainers, they push too hard right away, risking a cardiac event. Correct food intake creates weight loss. Exercise creates stamina. Weight training creates muscle. How do these "pros" not know this?

  9. I tuned out the “nutritionist” as soon as she spouted “we’re looking for lean cuts of meat”. Villainizing fat is where this country first took a wrong turn, and look where we are now.

  10. I and many think when you lose weight that you will be a different person, well yes but you just weight less that’s the difference. It doesn’t really change your mind set, your life or some other things. Obesity is a symptom to other problems, Been there done that.

  11. You can do it. It’s enjoyable exercise. Once upon a time I was very obese but I changed my diet and pushed myself to go to the active classes at the gym. I have 30 pounds to go but I never stop going to the gym. I love going to the gym now because its fun👍🤣 and I meet new friends and watch people exercise and motivate me so much. Good luck 👍. Please do not give up.

  12. As a teen I was overweight. I hit 19 and dropped to 120lbs. I still felt big in my head and saw myself as big. I got married at 21, 23 I had my first child and put on 90lbs. Took me 8 months to get to 140. Then I got pregnant again and hardly put on 30lbs. Two weeks after I had my second child you couldn’t tell I had Ben pregnant. 2 years later I had a hysterectomy and have put on 100lbs and 25 years later still can’t get it off no matter how much exercise or dieting I do.

  13. Alot of comments saying that marriage is for life, but if a man loses his job a girl immediately starts to reconsider the marriage and her options 😅😅

  14. Also, lymphedema IS NOT A SKIN MALFORMATION!! It is excess liquid that pools just under the skin due to the lyph nodes being clogged due to health conditions or being closed due to the weight. It can also, be caused by heart defects, poor circulation and numerous other factors. IT IS NOT A SKIN MALFORMATION!!!

  15. The trainers on this show are great! So many of these shows the trainers are compassionless and just want their clients to go 300% on day 1 leading to possible injuries or early failure of the program. The ones at the Hilton Head facility are also really good, but David and Britny are next level.
