The narration is too fast, it needs to slowed down to approx 0.8 the current speed. The story itself needs the attention of a good human editor. eg, the story is basically the same 3 points of "unity", "defiance", "negotiation" and "compromise repeated over and over again. The critical final battle against the "Empire's" forces, rates barely half a dozen sentences, before the story lapses back into another round of "diplomacy", "negotiation", and "cooperation", before droning onto the usual "group hug" ending. As I said in a comment on another, virtually identical story, that seemingly was produced by the same AI program as this one, "If this story has a climax, it's suffering from EDS"….. ie, It's BORING !!!
So the humans tell the galactic empire “we are coming” before they start to build anything. Now the empire decides to wait for the humans to build a fleet and then still do nothing. So the humans build a giant fleet then leave earth without defense and look for allies. Also where are all the men? Poor story.
