If I wasn't terribly, terribly, poor, I would wish to help support you monetarily. VIC ships can be extremely dumb at times. It's a bit hard to find, but X-14 Nybbas is one of the phase ships of all time. I don't think you can find it on markets, but arms dealers usually have it iirc. It's a phase frigate with one large energy hardpoint, both phase hullmods built in and hyperion's teleporter system with a shorter cooldown. The funniest part about it is if you use a beam weapon with not enough range, you will explode with the ship you killed because x-14 just cannot survive anything, if it gets hit
