  4. Chargers have really upped their game since moving to L.A. In San Diego the Chargers were kinda considered amateurish in how they ran their organization. In Los Angeles the team knew that was the wrong way to be if they wanted to be successful here. Chargers have really stepped up and are now running the franchise in a completely professional manner. You can see it in their social media. In S.D. the Chargers social media was all but non-existent. In L.A. it’s seen as the best in the entire NFL. The reason the move to L.A., despite some early missteps, has been so successful for them is they realized the way business was done in S.D. just wasn’t going to cut it in L.A. Kudos to Chargers’ ownership (the Spanos family) and the staff they have put together for this successful transition. Do understand S.D. fans disappointment as to why this is not how the Chargers conducted business in San Diego. Down there the Chargers were seen, if they were seen at all, as a 3rd rate operation with no clear plan on how to succeed. This further shows that by moving 120 or so miles to the north was probably the best thing that this longtime woebegone franchise could have ever done.

  5. Not a chargers fan but the chargers social media team and marketing team is next level. Their quality of content is next level. Literally every team needs to get on this level.
