Is anyone else having problems with the event? I unlocked the premium path, and have plenty of Pixar balls, and it lets me buy other rewards in tier 5 but refuses to let me buy the Lightning McQueen racing jacket. Just keeps telling me that “the transaction could not be completed.”

I think my game may be bugged. I finished the entire premium path with all the duties and I'm 10 Pixar coins short of the final moonstones. Is this supposed to happen? I paid for the cheapest premium path if that makes a difference.
