  2. Best example of uselessness is our ego in practice is when you running. Trust me, especialy if you are not ran a lot in the past, your inner bitch will find any way to talk you out from finishing your goal. "We ran enough", "my stomach hurts" "this is too much hard" "i can make it other day" etc. And when you reach your running goal you looking back at your inner voice like "the fuck it was, man?"and feel great sense of accomplishment for you not to give up.

  5. Man, that hit home when you said that you were molested as a kid. I was, too. It took me years to dig myself out of the pit of despair and self-loathing that it caused. I was a depressed and anxiety ridden mess who turned to alcohol in order to numb myself. This just led me further into depression. I hated myself, I couldn't do anything right, and I didn't believe I would ever be a better version of myself. "It is what it is," was what I always told myself. That all changed when I decided to go to therapy, to start weight training again, to stop drinking and set goals again. Suddenly a better version of myself didnt seem so out of reach, I'm right there. Now I'm bound and determined to push as hard and far as I can possibly go, and nothing will stand in my way. I silenced the inner bitch. 😂

Your channel is a gem, Bedros. I'm glad that I found it. Happy New Year!

  6. I know those rocks at Dana Point well. I came down on one after falling off my board and split open my knee, had to get 20 stitches. Its a beautiful beach, great break nevertheless!

  7. ADHD adults who've worked on their issues and bettered themselves, (especially since COVID) often feel like a LOT of people have crap energy. Its common w/ me and I can't stand people who don't know how to actually really "talk" to me. I just end up tapping up socially and I don't care if its rude because I don't get what I need. But I've accepted that they aren't my people.
