How to Repair & Restore Stained Glass Windows

I take a $10 flea market stained glass window and repair the broken glass. I also clean, cement, and repaint the wooden frame.

  1. This window looks great, now that you have worked your magic on it. I feel like stained glass is beyond my personal artistic ability, but I always enjoy watching you create or repair your stained glass projects. Stained glass always makes me remember the large churches that I visited in my childhood. The church that I belonged to back then did not have any stained glass windows. In fact, we usually had at least one window that was partially covered with a piece of plywood or cardboard and duct tape. "We were poor, but we still had some rousing sermons and a lot of fine gospel singing going on!"
Thanks for sharing this project with us.
