a buddy and I confirmed last night. the living frigate is definitely tied to the system. we got the same one but there was a little difference in the name… stats are RNG and rerolled with food.
I dont think the answers you give before taking a frigate actually influence its stats.
I gave different sets of answers to the same frigate in some system, but its stats were the same
Great vid as always, very helpful – especially the bit with getting 3 frigates so the tutorial mission goes away.
Had issues with recruited frigates not showing in the fleet, so waiting until this next patch drops before I get started on this. Gives me time to build up the credits, because dang are these things expensive! lol

most of all in live frigates it love that their indicators can be adjusted when receiving the frigate itself (through dialogue)
Can you make another Dream Aerian (now that you have the blueprint) and use it to get another cheaper living frigate?
I tried to get the same living frigate from a system. I really like the first one I got, so I tried to get 2 more from the same system. They showed up with the anomaly detector and dream aerial. It let me buy them, it took my money, but they never showed up in my fleet. I went to a new system and was able to buy a new one, that one did show up in my fleet. I don't know if that's a bug, and if it's being fixed with the patch that's coming soon, but as of now you cannot get more than 1 per system.

All my rooms, including Fleet Command rooms have walls when built. I can't build them open plan as in your video. Am I missing something?
what kind of missions do i need to do ? i have done about 20 mission and i still dont have the blueprint.
3 days full expedition and no luck to get that dream aerial. 😞
I done loads of frigate missions since the update, and as of yet nothing yet and had a few missions that were 24/25 hrs

I have a problem:
Once i create my first Dreams aerial, the "quest" doesn't start anyway and the object result as "sleepy".
I tried to remove and create the dream aerial again, but with the same result.
Solutions?

They should've just made it purchaseable with the quicksilver guy at the anomaly… Does loads of missions, some at 27 hrs long.. I got so desperate that someone on Reddit actually gave me one.. but it doesn't trigger, you need the blueprint to trigger the mission to get your first one. Absolutely sucks!!!!

I'm on PS4, no dream aerial I game on my own and I'm not giving up my S class freighter to start from the beginning. So how do I get the dream aerial?.
Do you need to have completed Dream Aerial tutorial first before trying the Anomaly Detector? Been pulsing but found nothing so far. ^^;
An hour of pulsing in each of 3 different systems with the anomaly detectors running. Not one whalesong or megafauna.
Each time I get to about an hour of constant pulsing in a straight line, my game crashes.
I fear it is because I destroyed my first dream aerial thingy, and made a new one.
Is there a limit to how many living frigates you can have? I have 19 frigates and 2 of them are living frigates. I can't even speak with anymore living frigates.
Used the anomaly detector and bought a living frigate. Found a c class and bought it. Then while I was boosting back to my ship I encountered another one. Also c class. So I bought it. Got back on my freighter to send them on missions and I saw that I didn’t get one of the frigates. But it still took my money. I took a video because I knew I was going to report it to HG and I noticed they were the same frigate! Same name, just one was random encounter and the other was anomaly detection. I guess you can find identical frigates but you can’t own them. HG will take your units though if you try. Lesson? Pay attention to the names of the frigates if you encounter more than one in a single system.

Derelict Freighter Teleporters are completely bugged. Ran 10. Half with multiplayer ON, half with it OFF. Can't teleport to the start after finishing the run and 'activating' the teleporters. No green light. No ease-of-access back to ship. and also…
I would like to raise awareness that I ran 10 Derelict Freighters and received ZERO salvage frigate modules and ZERO quicksilver.
This is the best videogame I have ever played in my life but this will stop me for a bit as I feel my whole experience is bugged, inefficient, and incapable of giving me the intended/desired results.

I have sent my frigates out on an absorbent number of expeditions, and I've never once seen combat patrol come up as an option. Am I doing something wrong?
Iv been trying to get the dream Ariel all weekend. Still no luck. But all my freighter missions are still low
