Make sure to pop the flame 20% buff before using the felgod one and you can slap on a 15+% fire dmg charm so you get a 35+% increase and of course if you use the pyro +faith physicks flask (as you should before ever single fight as it's 3 minutes of out dps doubling, never waste it on health!) You looking at doing like 2-3k with each felgod cast!
You have to kill Radhan to get the stars to fall to get into Nokram, not that guy in the random fort.
I hate flame of the fell god. It always seems to miss for me more than most spells.

I like how all the power testing in this game is dun on the lowest lvl enemy's in the game like how can we tell if it's powerful or not when you only attack week enemy's with lil pois and armer
You can also get to deeproot depths via the basement of reyndel (Same place you meet the three fingers). Pretty sure this lets you skip Radhan.
The 3rd 1 is actually really really bad spell it's not that good at all

I like to mix greyolls roar with the warcry and the roar talisman. Greyoll softens them up and debuffs them then go in with the warcry bosted by the roar talisman then I chop their faces with my axe making them less ugly.
I played a faith pyromancer for my playthrough and I tried out fell god and was not impressed. Giantsflame take thee and flame fall upon them do a much better job at significantly less fp cost. Giantsflame has a large explosion it, similar damage numbers when not charged (meaning it will do more when charged) and as said before much less fp cost. It just takes a bit of manual aiming at times since it arc’s heavily and flame fall upon them does an excellent job of covering a very wide area. Wide enough that enemies can’t side step the damage.
Maybe someone else can find a good use for fell god but I don’t see it.
Getting tired of using a faith build. With 60 faith, lvl 136 my incantantions are garbage in the mountain of giants.
There is another way to get to the roots of the Erdtree. Go down to the Subterranean Shunning Grounds in Leyndell Capital. Make your way to the boss of the Sewers; Mogh. After beating him attack the altar in his room, do the drop down jumping puzzle and hit the bottom. Touch the grace, and then hit/ roll at the walls near the grace. One of them is a hidden path that exits you to the roots 🙂 This way you don't have to do all of Rani's quest-line to get there.

how about you show damage on mid-late mobs not the ones from the starting area?
Stuff like Flame of the Fell God or Full/Dark Moon seems like an opening sneak attack in PvE that you use at the start and then move to something elae.

Flame of the fell god sucks. Two quick lightning bolts does more damage. Same as elden stars. I find most competent bosses just dodge that shit. Two useless legendary items IMO. I tried them and realized they take way to long to cast with not enough damage.
I see from soft was too scared to bring back forbidden sun/chaos bed vestiges.
The most op incantation is the burning frenzy one that lights yourself on fire btw
Do incantations/dragon roars do more damage the higher your faith stat is? Like if i cast Elden stars with 30 faith vs 40 faith, will the damage be somewhat higher?
I wish there was more crazy lightning incantations 😢

For the new people watching this video, here’s my perspective on these incantations:
Most of the late game incantations are not good enough to use because it’s slow, takes a lot of FP and doesn’t do enough damage to be used over other things.
Flame of the fell god is decent if you’re early in the game but again slow and costly with not great damage.
Elden Stars is just a waste of FP, I’ve heard it’s good in PVP. But needs a buff to be useful regardless.
Greyolls roar is decent due to the debuff, you probably won’t use it much. It’s useful if you summon a mimic tear (later game summon) so he can use it for you. Best early dragon spell is Rotten Breath but both could be used to benefit each other.
In conclusion:
best spells to use as early as you can get them are lightning spear, black flame, rotten breath and the flame of frenzy.
