Glass used to be a nightmare cleaning at times but after starting to use a synthetic chamois this way is a total game changer, such a great tip at cleaning glass💯
Inside glass + tint + a few layers of dog slobber… Trying to avoid chemicals because of the tint, but that dog slobber is hard to get off!
What snow foam attachment are you using at the end of your video?
heated vest gang 😉
This really works, never had spotless inside windshield before, thank you!!!
As a kid i used to have to clean the massive shop window at the front of the building i worked at. Suprisingly enough the best and easiest way to clean it was with window cleaner and scrunched up news paper. Never any streaks.
the result might be a clean looking window but the fact is grease does not desolve in water.
"Sprayway" glass cleaner is fantastic. Try it.
I use a home brew of distilled goat urine.
WTF? Use newspaper or news print paper. It's an old hot rodder trick and prevents any streaking. You're over-thinking this.
How do you do this on the inside with so much water in the chamois? Wouldn’t it get everywhere?
I have forgotten about the chamois, it was used for drying a vehicle years ago…
How do you remove micro scratches on the glas?
TWICE A YEAR USE OOOO STEEL WOOL OR BRONZE WOOL ON WINDSHIELD..OUTSIDE..
This works for most of my windows, but I.usually have to use a slight bit of cleaner on the inside wimdsheild and on the inside of my enginebay hatch of my NSX. However. I never used a shammy or fake leather cloth, just an absorbant towel and like you another clean towel at the end. Works great.
Warm water with a drop of vinegar in it used with any clean cloth and newspaper to dry off. Works perfectly and I've used this on every glass surface for years! Good chamois cloths are expensive and make no difference to any cheap cloth. Why dry off with a towel? Scrunch up newspaper!!!
White.vinagar
Thanks for doing it in direct sunlight. Almost everyone says don’t do it in direct sunlight but not everyone has that option… not everyone has a garage or car port. I’ll have to try your method.
Outstanding video brother!!!
I notice at 6:10 the problem that plagues me. When it gets wet or frozen or misty it produces those lines. No matter how I clean it, those vertical lines where one line is see through and the other cant be seen through, and that's alternating, end up seriously destroying visibility. What is that? Wax? Why is it like that? If it's just the window going up and down, why does it produce a line you can see through and a line you cannot? I don't know what it is but I hate it with a passion.
How do you clean the oils from the synthetic leather?
A tip from another generation that still works today = finish buffing with balled up newspaper. Removes any streaks left if you have any.
When i clean my car windows i tell my kids not to breath 🤣
I found towels work best on glass by accident while cleaning the mirrors in our bathroom as a teen and have used them ever since (it really annoys my wife 😅).
Back in the day they used newspaper and it still works today
use brasso to dissolve old stickers on any glass.
Bias confirmation on my part : )
