You could crouch when entering the end portal and that could help cause ur head would not be in the portal in the over world

You can crouch and go back through the portal… then your head won’t hit the end portal and you won’t get teleported
You could also use a Respawn anchor in the end to remove the spawn point
use a bed in the end to set your spawn there instead
