  1. Carl, China's Baidu has a 10-Qubit quantum computer for hire since 2022 and has international customers. It functions like an old mainframe machine which does large simulations for example.

  2. Washington Elites aka Deep State Global Capitalists have forgotten the Chinese ancient national game WeiQi. The US's containment of China will be met with China's encirclement as is playing out in the world now

  3. 17% of US GDP is Health care. That's insane. In China it's only 7% and Chinese people has a longer life expectancy.
America make health care so expensive and this ballooned their GDP size. Same thing for residential rent.

  4. China simply opens its door even wider and welcomes all foreign investments to make money in the Chinese market, including Americans and all its allies. That's the difference between one that embraces worldwide integration and the other a closed economy that fears competition. In this age of a global village, it's clear who has the upper hand. No contest!

  6. Should China mandate the cessation of sales of ICE vehicles by 2030, legacy ICE vehicle manufacturers in China will go kaput within two or three years. Conversely, China's EV manufacturers will witness a tremendous increase in sales.

  7. This shows how independent or sovereign the Netherlands is. Imagine someone from another country dictating to you how to do your business, who to sell to and who to restrict your products to. Imagine US telling China or Russia not to sell its products to EU?

  8. Naive video why would the US wanting to contain China when the Chinese economy consists of western mainly American multi national corporations
The US is currently spending to $ trillion in reshoring many of these companies and the result is a catastrophe for China
You can see the downfall has already started and will accelerate
china does not want to invest in technologies like the west did in order to become what the west is now but took centuries
in the contrary china pushes to be a superpower in just a few decades by
-forces intellectual property transfer from foreign companies and then copies them since they are unable to invent anything and what they produce is of shoddy quality: all gadgets made in china do not last and need to be replaced after a few uses
    -debt traps entire nations
    -forces organ transplants
-oppresses its own nice productive citizen
We the western world need to reverse and accelerate the outsourcing of our economy to china and companies which refuse need to be boycotted
-imagine shipping resources to china and than shipping back manufactured goods it is an environmental crime
globalization only serves the shareholders and not the consumers since replacing the shoddy products once or twice…. is much more costly

  9. I'm not so sure that SMIC's N+1 and N+2 processes use lithography machines from ASML. Watch out! China has been researching and developing semiconductors heavily since the 1950s. Have you ever wondered why western experts are caught by surprise again and again by the Chinese technological progress? I think China is hiding their strongest cards.

  10. some fun facts:
Ukraine was just as corrupt as Russia, the war is because they were distancing themselves from russia's influence
EU is a communist polit bureau: they are not elected, they are appointed and they are dictating to Europe (they see china as a industry manipulator, not as a threat)

  13. The US is sanctioning and decoupling against China. China is not bothered by the jealous and failed US. Unlike the US, China cares more of their own citizen and infrastructures, China raised 800 million from poverty. What have the US done? The US selling weapons and looking for war, war, war.

  14. China breaks US containment because the real Chinese economy is twice as big as the real US economy, and China is the top trading partner to 80% of nations. Chinese productive capacity is 6X as much as the US. So when it comes to "containing", China could more easily contain the US than vice-versa, but doesn't cuz it's self-harmful and dumb. Imagine the US if China embargoed everything to US.
