  1. I really hope the round based is more difficult. Kevin Drews comments recently in that interview concerned me as Cold War was nearly impossible to die on. With no threat of death during an EE it takes away trial/error and replay ability.

  2. In zombies blood rush I think it'd be really fun with friends but if they added a mode like this to public modes I see it being really bad

    For one reason: SBMM
    I don't doubt it would be extremely high and they have SBMM in MWZ

  3. There is a little bit of competition if you consider ZWR ( zombies world records) and EE4C (easter eggs for charity) when they did that. Cod zombies just hasnt been big enough to warrant doing that again sadly. Note this is said by NoahJ

  5. The competitive idea of zombies is done 😂. The top tier zombie players even they'll say its a bit of meme. Loads of cheaters as well fkin ruined it as well. Also, zombie games can last 50 to 100 hours or even longer. One of the games on Blood is 400 hours+. In addition ZWC was quite dead as well and people got obsessed with times with high rounds on Bo3 as well

  6. I wish grief was a thing again. I don't think zombies should ever be considered competitive since the reason people play it is to get away from pvp just to relax or hang out with friends but as for grief, back in bo2 it was absolutely golden especially on town or mob

  7. We already got the competitive side with speedrunning and world records. Grief was boring and somebody who knows how to play zombies will pretty much survive grief without a problem. The thing that many people dislike about zombies competitively is time as those matches requiere a lot of time and sometimes luck. Grief is ok casually but when u put slewya in town against somebody else will simply end in who is the dirtiest. Speedrunning hr or ee solves this as there is no problem with someone playing dirty. Though for this game mode, the best thing would be with the same rng as the other person 😉

  8. Few more game mode ideas I think could be fun:

    •Prop hunted – I think using playable mimics to make a reverse prop hunt mode where the props hunt down the players could be really fun

    •Overlord – mode inspired by the evil dead game would be cool where 4 players are playing a normal game of survival whilst 1 player is in control of the zombie ai, drops and can take control of elites etc from a commander perspective

    • gambit – as the name suggests some kind of version of destiny’s gambit could be cool

    • horde royale – 12 player last man standing, no mans land style instead of rounds, aether storm shrinking map over time

    • Get High or Die – love the the get high mini games in mwiii and think it would be cool if bo6 did a zombies version where it’s essentially treyarchs own version of a custom zombies tower challenge map for console players to enjoy

  9. I wouldn't mind it as a separate game mode but Imo they shouldn't lock certain rewards, camos or (if they keep mw3 system) schematics, under PvP if added. I already had the unstable rift stolen from me 4 time.

  10. Your not crazy I think the same thing like remove the mini map and waypoint it ruins the purpose of doing everything for yourself except for the Easter egg and also take away custom loadouts

Weekly challenges are something that I always though of aswell, like they introduced all these modifiers in bo4 that no one used and then they never brought them back because they were implemented poorly. With weekly challenges they can finally utilise all these handicaps and modifiers that would drastically change your game. All in all, I think a variety of gamemodes, are very much needed in zombies, just how it is in multiplayer, imagine if there was only tdm 💀
