The framed pressed flower looks like a Japanese anenome and I love white flowers but have a pink one outside my gate. I have just bought my granddaughter a wooden press for flowers as I think it is a fun and lovely little hobbie for little girls. As usual Charlie delivers with some beautiful bits for the house. I am delighted you will get married at the house as it is a labour of love and your love to be celebrated in a wedding there so fitting. Love you both xx Trudie
Also I have to agree with Charlie about the bed – if you are able to put in a bigger bed it is more comfortable for guests and the chair could come further out and two smaller bedside tables put in. Just my view – ok for sleeping on your own but a bigger bed would be grander I think. How about a 4 poster in there? 🙂
Sorry Josie but that old lady in the hall brings a piece of history to what is a lovely old rectory and she just fits in and gives an air of mystery. I love her and as for bashed frames they suit old houses – you don't want everything too perfect as age in a home is attractive especially an old home. You both enthrall me with your energy and zest for life. x

Hi Josie we are still in summer, the autumn will start on 21st September and the reason why the leaves are falling is to do with trees conserving water by shedding some because of the drought we are having that’s what the Woodland trust said in the interview on the ITV news! 🥰
