  1. This was Justified and it was all caught for proof.. He warned the guy, The guy broke through and The father stood his ground for his family.. After finding out even more about this, The dude was calling her and leaving her messages, Then followed the daughter and mother home ? Yea this situation could have been bad for the family.. Could understand the Neighbors being a little confused but they realized fast 'He was protecting his own' I am from Ohio and this is why 'Stand your ground' Is important.

  2. how dare that guy go busting up peoples places to illegally enter !! he figured he was the boss and noone was going to tell him otherwise. better dead than crippled and vegetable. he left the father no choice. i think that guy didnt care whether he or anyone else died that day. thats not a man who "just wants to talk to you". the problem with the past 3 generations is they think they can do anything they want to anyone they choose and not be reprimanded. and its becoming worse all over the world currently. the internet videos are a bad influence on the younger generation because the videos make it look simple and easy to get away with breaking laws and causing trouble without getting physically hurt or jail time. the guy gave him fair warning. he didnt just shoot without saying anything. he did what he had to do and was forced to defend. now because of that, the whole family has to emotionally suffer and have nightmares for years to come ! dammit !!

  3. They killed this poor guy, the girl cheated on him and this poor guy just wanted to talk with the girl. She refused to open the door and tell him the truth that's why he forced him inside the house. End result the dad shot him dead poor soul.

I feel as if it was the girl fault all she had to do was return the victims call and tell him to F off but no.
This is why "Communication Is Key" on all levels.

  5. No matter what's going on, the police can never be counted on to be right there at the exact moment you need them, everyone has the right to defend themselves and their property. He called out a warning and the guy still tried approaching. Sadly I am sure he could have used someone for some mental help, but that in no way makes it the homeowners fault for protecting his family and himself. If you hear a warning of I've got a gun and you are attempting to get into a house not yours, you should probably stop trying.
