I think Hess Stated why he parachuted into the UK alone. There really wasn't any questioning or disloyalty to the Nazi party. Even if a person didn't agree with their ideology, you had better pretend you did until at least you could pull off a bold escape such as parachuting behind enemy lines to try & strike a deal.
