Great victory my ass. Five weeks of fighting and Ukraine still hasn't breached the first Russian defense line. Depending on the territory, the defense lines are three or even five layers deep. This offensive has been a massive failure. Tens of thousands of Ukrainians dead, hundreds of AFV destroyed (including handfuls of western "wonder" tanks) all for a few hundred yards of useless terrain. The only thing Ukraine and the West can win is the propaganda war. However, that won't win real battles as Goebbels found out.
I'm an American and want to see my country send all the assistance and weapons Ukraine needs to defeat Putin's Russia! I don't think the majority Russian people are the problem! It's Putin's Russia that is the problem! The Ukrainian military need the weapons to destroy Russian supply efforts whether of ammunitions, food, or men; and take out Russia command and control including tanks and all armament possible! It seems to me we should have F-16s already in Ukraine yesterday! I'm getting a strange feeling we are to slow providing what Ukraine needs to win sooner with less death and destruction both sides! Furthermore, I hope the West and America have a plan in case of nuclear weapons use of any kind! Maybe those Russians controlling those buttons to use nuclear weapons will not, or can be convinced not to follow orders to use them, period!
