Long range is needed now since Russia has gone on offensive this week. Nine months might as well be never.
Ukraine is being hit with cluster munitions. In fact a train station full of people was hit with a CM. Like Ukraine in not going to do that and dealing with massive human wave attacks they need CMs. Like give the country what they need and at least what is being used against them
