  1. We've used black lentils and some well chopped walnuts – a little more chewiness. The sauce of your recipe is much better though. Can't wait to try it…šŸ˜€

  2. Honestly, couldn't have come at a better time for me! I am currently SOS free AND nut free until I get my blood sugar readings better. So no cashews for a while. That dressing is perfect, since I am on a sparten McDougall plan with lots of potatoes, the Sloppy Joes is something that will be perfect on the baked potatoes I just cooked today. Thanks so much you two!

  3. I know that I'm buying more. I just gifted my parents with two of their no-salt products, and I have one as well. Next for me will be their saracha sauce. What's most important to me is that what I buy has no MSG. I avoid MSG because I get migraines which is no fun!

  4. I'm now recovering from the condition that made me go SOS-free

It does not matter. Monday to Friday I keep to your recipes, and on the weekends I do cheat a bit

Even after recovery, this life style did so much good that I'm not giving it up

I cannot thank you enough for keeping interesting for me.

    This is tomorrow's lunch! 😊

  5. My wife and I have been making what we call "sloppy slaws" for years. The sloppy joe part is made with TVP and veggies, stack that onto a bun and top with coleslaw, then close, serve, and enjoy! "Sloppy slaws" are mighty good indeed. Good stuff, keep it up.

  6. I made this tonite, it was fantastic! My first time cooking brown lentils and I had to use sesame buns as I was out of good bread but it turned out so tasty, had some potatoes along with it and was very filling. Thank you so much for these good recipes and not difficult. I see you guys have a lot of good sauces, definitely going to try some of those, thank you for your hard work!
