Ukraine uses ATACMS missiles to destroy Russian airfield after US sent them in secret

Ukraine used ATACMS missiles for the first time to destroy a Russian airfield. Footage shows the long-range US missiles being fired from a secret location. And then the aftermath of the strike at Berdyansk and Luhansk airbases. The mission, dubbed Operation Dragonfly, took place overnight Monday. Multiple helicopters can be seen burning in the wake of the attack. While an ammo dump also appears to have caught on fire. Ukraine says nine helicopters were destroyed in the strike. And that dozens of Russian soldiers were killed and wounded. An anti-aircraft system and two ammo dumps were also hit, they said. Kyiv has been asking for ATACMS for months to aid its counter-attack. And it was unclear whether America had handed them over, until now.

  1. The Russian SAM systems were so effective in destroying the incoming missiles! They took them out even while the SAMs were sitting on the ground! Maybe they wanted to engage in the AIR, but the incoming missiles are now destroyed along with the SAMs still on the ground. Victory to Ukraine!

  2. They took out two helicopters and damages several others. First time use against Russia so know Russia has the data to counter these missiles. You people are stupid as Putin is not going to lose and will use nukes just as the us did when it was losing a war.
