This conversation reminded me of a poem I wrote while in the woods a month ago called: The Lesson of the Tree
Even trees so sturdy and so tall
must learn to surrender and let their leaves fall
Exposing every branch for all the world to see
it’s contentment with being naked and without its natural beauty
For it knows in its roots new life will spring up
But only from the shedding of each dying bud
this death is just a season and a journey it must go through
to teach humanity a lesson that, in death, we are made anew
so yes, even a tree, which is insignificant to some
Bears witness in its withering the foreshadowing of life to come.

Don't lose your last breath:
Don't lose your last breath saying Jesus is God after reading John 17:3.
Don't lose your last breath saying Jesus is the greatest after reading John 10:29 and John 14:28.
Don't lose your last breath telling others Jesus is God, for their blood will be upon your hands (Ezekiel 3:18).
Don't lose your last breath saying Jesus was never created after reading John 5:26, which Jesus clearly states he was GIVEN life from the Father.
Don’t lose your last breath saying the Son is God when Jesus himself said his Father is his God (John 20:17).
Don't lose your last breath going against the words of our Lord and Savior, for the words he speaks comes from the only true God, the Father (John 12:48-50).
What an extraordinary conversation. Thank you so much! Glory be to God
