38:42 here’s why I think that.
The files are really easy, there solo friendly, they don’t take long to do (except for brute force), you can do them back to back (except for the priority file and you do have to wait a few mins to do another one but it’s nothing), they pay good (if you do the challenges ofc), and if you or someone dies it doesn’t fail the mission.
Casino is harder (depending on the team tho), not solo friendly, takes longer (especially with randoms who have the iq of Patrick Star), and if you or someone else dies it fails the heist, can’t do it back to back, and the cooldown is way longer to do it again.
This is just my opinion
