Huh, looking at this again, Happy had 2 of his 3 Silences off cooldown at the end right before he lost the Lich – both the Staff and the actual Silence spell on the DR. Now DR was stunned for most of that, but surely could've thrown out one or both as soon as she got out of the stomp stun the first time right before the Lich ended up getting hexed. Feels like that fight could've still ended very differently. Goes to show how much is still dependent on these little plays and misplays.

Hey Grubby, i have a video idea for you. There is an overwatch streamer, who's name is Flats. He has a video series of coaching bronze players. He gets people's VOD's and makes fun of them while teaching them how to play the game better. Maybe you can do it for WC3 too. Because i believe there are a lot of people who needs something like that for learning the game. Since you are too good at the game, i think a lot of us can't implement things you told us well for the game.

35:01 3 uncontested tomes and one item that was left behind in 1 minute and 10 seconds, the stats they would give might not matter as much in game like this but it still hurts my greedy soul
SPOILER: I have no idea how Lyn won that last fight in the second game. Happy was just killing HH after HH. Very nice show of experience from Lyn on how to push through and keep calm, even when losing so much.
The double barracks build was first invented by Soin, and was meant for undead fiend build.
I think if Lyn would have built some Grunts w/ Brute Strength, Armor Upgrade, and got a Tauren Totem for Spirit Walkers. (Instead of getting Beastiary/Kodos). He would have had a better result with that build holding his expansion in Game 2.
The problem, I think, with my suggestion though. Is that you really want Kodo's WarDrums aura. Perhaps the value of Kodos/Beastiary is worth more than the value of Spirit Walkers/Tauren Totem. And Lyn simply didn't have enough and fought too soon against Happy at that Expansion fight. That last fight was very decisive and clearly showed off the value of the Kodos in a fight.
Also, big shoutout to that Raider in the final fight. He single-handedly took a Frost Nova, Coil, and Destroyer hit to draw away the damage from Lyn's Berserkers.

Just watched this series the other day when it came out. One of the best, most intense war3 matches I've seen in a decade. Definitely worth this insightful analysis.
Armor is also better than health since it makes healing more effective.

I started to love mass headhunters..i played lately a lot and most of them are wins..5200ish Ello atm… i just add shamans and 1-2 walkers because hunters are squishy with T3 upgrade so splitting dmg is quite good and shamans bloodlust is just perfect…TC has to be 3rd hero with stomp

What a ridiculous title. How can a series with such sloppy play by Happy be considered the "best" of anything, let alone the year? The only reason why Lyn won anything here was because Happy was being uncharacteristically lazy that day with his micro and control. A normal Happy easily rolls over Lyn or any other player; it's why his games are so boring to watch.
BAT & back swing animation affect AS a lot. We used to know this a lot info when Dota 1 was big 😀
Now let’s see the adjustments from happy. He always comes back with something when he loses.
The fact that Happy lose and it became the BEST series shows how we wanna see how the EMPEROR falls

Heros with low BAT also scale better with +dmg and not only with attackspeed. It is simpy a dps multiplier.
