  1. I'm following your strategy for the most part since I heard about it in one of your videos. I think I bought the mid sized stones once or twice for tournaments, but it really wasn't worth it. So I'm basically just buying the essences almost immediately now to prevent myself from doing stupid things 😂

Narses will be the first champ I get the 6* for. Next I'll probably build Harima, at least she's at 3* or 4* already.

The wait is crazy though. Plarium should connect the wishlist to the rotation of champ souls in the store.

  2. Remember guys, he tells you to spend your gems on Iron Twins because he has Content Creator rewards.
What would you do with 900 gems, 1k energy, 5 chickens, 5 books, 3m silver per week….?
    Always remember.

  3. Big stones suck so 100% agree that eternal coins should go into essence. The middle stones are fairly good during 2x, so I usually get the stones unless I’m going for a specific champ. My main roster is all in the 4 star+ area so I don’t need the silver essence much. The stones do give a chance at mythicals too.

  4. Yes I need more videos like this. The one thing that I have learned about this game is it is a long game and this is how i like to judge my accounts bimonthly when I started started I wanted to progress fast but i see now even spending it a long game

  5. It seems like it's common knowledge that buying the extra keys for void Iron Twins is the "right thing". Maybe it makes sense if I'm ultra ultra ultra end game and have absolutely nothing to spend my resources on. But I take the contrarian view. For FTP I think it's a bad trade off and it's self evident from the numbers. Here they are for 52 weeks. For 7800 gems and 6240 energy you get on average: 89.76 mortal soulstones, 240.24 immortal essense, 99.84 eternal essence.

  6. I started farming for these everyday after I got my rotos, and now that I want to have my teams a bit higher power this really is what you need to do, those stats make so much of a difference

  7. 6-8 months to max? Quite boring imo. I took the gamble side of things coz Plarium gives us incentives when pulling stones like events that give some of your resources when you pull those stones, unlike saving and buying on shop.

Pulling on x2 soul event were the best boost for your account. Even epics can be useful for cursed city are huge.

But in the end, decision is yours, you do you. Everyone is entitled on their own opinion.

  8. The conversion rate for eternal coins to essence seems so bad. I can use the coins I have to get either 240 eternal essence or 12 big stones. 240 isn’t enough for even 1 champ to 6-star and I get 12 souls is total RNG but can be used for huge points in events such as the guaranteed Freya or other “rush” style events. Even though with essence you get the champ you want, it’s still RNG they will remain meta. Look at all those people who invested in Duchess.

  9. I had several six and five star mythical souls after the last 2x, there was a six star split soul in the merchant for Teox recently, and I only had 130 essence, I sold them because that six star was worth more to me than the extremely low chance I'll ever get the mythicals. Though now I have a feeling I'll get lucky with a mythical the next time we have a 2X for them.

  10. you simply just get more bang for your buck gambling the stones. And if you have mythical champs you cant get souls by saving up coins, you have to pull stones for them. so all the more reason that gambling them is better overall. I'd rather pop the champs i want on the wishlist and let rng take over and get a bunch of souls for a bunch of my champs rather than just blow tons of coins on essence for one champ im buying lol. i only spend ess i directly get from twins on souls. I never buy them. but I also have 4 mythics I want to get better souls for, so buying ess will once again just never seem worth it.

  11. Boozor, I'm sorry but I remember the times when you talked when you had something to say.
Same to me, could you answer ! 😀
The fact is, since AMG makes you do videos about subjects I don't care,
then I feel less implied into your channel, as this is my "late game f2P channel".
Keep your focus and your specificity, don't let Ash make you trash (you're welcome for the rhyme)

  12. A show on Acc requirements would be useful: who needs good Acc stats, who not, general principles, all with champs as examples. How to read champ abilities to determine Acc reqs – eg, does "places" mean no Acc needed.

  13. To me, the big problem that makes me not follow this strategy is just that the math doesn't check out in my mind. Like, you're exchanging 23 immortal soulstones and 20 eternal soulstones for one single six-star soul. Sure, a majority of those 43 souls won't be as valuable as the six-star for your favorite champion, but they're fourty-three souls, half of which are guaranteed at least five-star and at least epic. Another 40% of those are expected to be legendary or mythical. And a quarter of those expected six-star. You're handing away two six-star legendary or mythical souls for one six-star legendary of a champion you already have.

Granted, those two could be champions you don't have or use. But long term, and we're obviously talking long-term planning here, I'd prefer the two random souls over the one hand-picked soul. Plus, you know, all the other, lower souls you also don't get.

I can see it making sense if most of your champions already have some level of blessing (i.e. you can complete the awakened stages in Sintranos), but you're basically leaving most of your champions without any blessing in exchange for one champion with a six-star blessing every six months of diehard grinding.

And like, really diehard grinding. I grind iron twins 15 daily, and I sure as hell don't get 40 freaking eternal soulstones a year. Like ok, I don't double up on sundays and within about the last year (since I built my team), I got ~345 eternal essence from the iron twins and other sources, which accounts for roughly 17 of those stones, plus about 5(?) stones that I did get from opening other stones and from selling the souls, as well as one from the Odin tournament I won (which shouldn't count, 'cause I can't turn that into essence).

That's like half the number you get. You gotta be grinding every event and tournament in the game for that many coins.

  14. I dont think your strategy is including the value you get from using the stones as a currency in of itself.

We saw with the Guarenteed Freyja (I personally got her btw for transparency), players can trade stones in for other rewards like champions, gear or other things. So you not only get what ever soul u pull, but other rewards as well, such as gems, energy, gear, or champions.

If u add that factor in, i think its worth it gets stones not just in a gamble mindset but using them like we use sacred shards as a "currency" to complete fusions, or in the case of stones, Deck's of Fate.

I personally think getting a new A Tier champ is worth spending SOME coins for stones and set you back getting a 6 star maybe 1 or 2 more months, but you have more champs who are guarenteed value, if nothing but to help towards clearing Cursed City Hard. Most players, me included, cant clear content like that due to sheer breath of champs required, not to mention built.

As a mid-game player, Im like 30-40 Stars from Lydia, and I can do Doom Tower hard, but definitely cant do every single Hard Secret Room, and having more good champs helps with both those areas. Not to mention Hydra.

Just another prospective, oje I think most CC's dont look at since they can clear that content already, but as a player moving into the late game, good champion aquisition is a high priority to clear content like cursed city hard, or getting big hydra score by having the right champs.

  15. Appreciate you sharing your thinking — very helpful.
Think it's worth noting that == in addition to souls themselves — you can often pick up coins in events and tournaments….quite often with low effort.
