  1. I always wanted to get into fallout tactics, but I hated that during mission 1 you can't attack everyone sleeping in the barracks before they wake up, like you can set everyone up to hopefully do a simultaneous knife, or even a gun attack, but the AI wakes up and headshots one of your guys. I know this is me being a big baby.

  2. As someone who has and played and even enjoyed fallout tactics, thank you for covering it. It does get excessively negative coverage and doesn't really justify it.
Would love to see you cover jagged alliance in the future, seeing as that was mentioned, particularly JA2!

  3. Hilarious man, love your vids and fallout tactics has special place in my nostalgia, loved it. And we use to do the MP part of the game on LAN parties and man the game is so tactical we had so much fun.
Thanks for letting me know the story again, remember why i like it. Its better than bethesda games imo

  4. Speaking of not loved childs of great franchises, shunned by extremely fanatic fanbase- SH: Shattered Memories is the perfect example! Its was a great game at the established IP, which took many liberties, both thematic and gameplay, managed to pull of a greaf experience, and get nothing but hate for it from "hardcore" fans. "OOOH its not canon", "I dont want snow in my SH", "Why americans were allowee to touch SH, they are not a Team Silent" (lol team silent is a meme of itself). Yeah, some people are insufferable and have a hard time seeing past surface-level qualities/visuals.
Shatteree Memories also arguably preceded walking simulators boom by decade with the all the staples of the genre – no combat, explorarion, commentary from protagonist, puzzles, and "psychological-thriller-esque" plot.

  5. You seem to be doing pretty well, Grimbeard
I liked the older more straight up gothic graphics for the videos rather than the new more comic styled ones, but the videos are still great.

I loved the dark Italo-disco album you made

  6. Hey man, great video. What you said about this game goes for me for Fallout 3. New Vegas is clearly a superior game but what got me started on Fallout was Fallout 3. I despise turn based games so I tried Fallout 1 and 2 but never got into it but Tactics, boy have I loved it! Thanks for the video. Have a nice one.

  7. Well, I bought it with a classic fallout bundle on steam, and now I have to play it. Sounds a bit like a piece of abandoneare that i get nostalgic over, Abomination: Project Nemesis. Sounds like Abom and FO Tactics could compete for the title of "Okayest Tactics Game."

  8. Grim, I am a life long Fallout fan (sorta). I love Fallout 1, 2, Fallout New Vegas and I don't care much for 3 and I'm giving 4 a pass…. I stopped your video. I actually will go back to the Fallout Tactics I took a 10 minute look at and shunned. I will play it. It worked. I want you to know that. <3
