  1. I am trying to play with light armor, getting it with strength and constitution. But it's not easy to get it, especially when playing solo. So another problem is a shield. It has some weight and if you want to wear 1 piece of medium armor to be a bit tanky, you can easily become Medium and stop rolling. And now it's hard for me to decide, what side should I choose. I like rolling tips to move around fast, I mean if you swipe your weapon right after roll, you are not going to be staggered for a second after it. And I am so fast with it + great axe charge. Tomorrow simply got away from party with 3 enemies, even they used some slowing magical stuff.
What can I do to deal big damage and stay speedy, but also use your rotation? Or maybe it is not worth it and I should use max medium armor at least?

  2. IMPORTANT BUILD UPDATE
I made a mistake and overestimated backstabs damage, we are going to stick to our original builds idea and go with shield rush over back stab.
so go ahead and grab the passive "invigorating bulwark" on the defender side of the talent tree instead of opportunist on the sword master side, and put all 3 points into shield rush.
the rest of the build stays the same.

I had an idea of using the back stab to get faster defiance stance cool downs, but the idea was better in theory than in practice, we are going to stay true to our original build and the gameplan we had in beta. More on this in the next video.

2:50 Hey don’t go throwing out your executes, wait till they are low hp and get the easy kill. I didn’t wanna go in depth on the move in this video but I realized the way I summed it up could also be misleading.

  3. Hey mate, great Video. Short with all info we need, perfect 👍
I am new to NW and i wonder how the endgame is like. Can i Change my weapon skills as often as i want or will it become unaffordable? Which would mean, i need 2×2 weapon builds one for pvp and one for pve right? And since i go heavy strength this 2×2 weapon sets need to be scaling of strength too.
I hope one can understand what i mean, the weapons cant be doubled in the 2 Sets since their skilltree is locked for one of the Sets.
Or we need to make a compromise and go for a pvp+pve build which wouldnt be perfect for both contents.

And what do you think about Hatchet/Greataxe, seems this Combination is very popular for PvP.

  4. Thanks for the info! I was playing sword and shield + musket but i was feeling like you dont really get to do nothing with the musket most of the time.. only good when they are far or running. Once you engage you are left alone with just sword and shield. I Will be trying this build 😀

  5. Back stab is strong for PvE for reset but seem pretty useless in pvp no? I don't see you landing it without a stun and if you're stunning you using exacute? Won't sword leap be better here?

I really want the sword elite coz it's not buff while defender elite feels actually useless beside in war. But needing 2 skill in defender make it impossible lol.
