Thoughts Status: HONEST
It's EVO in Italian just like "Assetto" and "Corsa" in italian means "Race Setup" in english … so "EVO" it's the short for "EVOLUZIONE" in italian,.The developers of Kunos are correcting that to the interviewers 11293019283 times over ALL the Interviews… and nobody seems to care about it and keep saying EVO in the english pronunciation, please say EVO in italian in the same way that we are already saying the 2 italian words "Assetto" , "Corsa", so people get used to it … put Google translate and hear the word EVO in italian that's the correct pronunciation

If your driving in third person you might as well be using a controller. Im my opinion you are disconnected from the game in third person
Sims need to introduce engine failure 😅 No sim has a 24hr of Le Mans with actual stakes. You know how many cars have failed gear boxes?
Small detail but I think would help graphics, windshield wiper residue. They all end up having perfectly clean windows 😂 that's so unrealistic. Even when it's not raining, race cars have a ton of debris build up on the windshield which is why they always gotta clean the window in the pits.
I'm talking about you GT7 😅 Mr. Clean, barely gets a dent.
Cockpit view with no game driver hands and wheel is the way I drive and view I prefer. I want the view to be as if I were sitting in the vehicle and my real hands and my wheel are part of the car. From my experience each view has a different FFB feel and handling characteristics. Cockpit view always feels best to me. 👊🏾

Graphics looks much better than acc, it will have all types of cars, many driving modes… I dont get why you say it is similar to acc.
I agree, if you're not viewing from within the vehicle, it's not a simulation of the vehicle. Never thought I would really get much out of what a serious Sim racer had to say, but he gave me a better understanding of how high torque wheels are used by the professionals. Love what he said about vr. As an old man on console, this dude's opinions turned out to be much more valuable than I thought it would be

As for POV ive tried bonnet cam and yes i was seeing the track better and was faster but using a wheel etc i don't understand why dash cam for emersion isn't the only way but hey ho.
In VR, the cockpit view is a must. For me anyway.

I drive cockpit and if a game has only 180 degrees of wheel rotation such as GT7, sorry but you are in arcade territory. Game looks great and all but sounds like my nans hoover from 98.

Bathurst is stupid to him?!? Why? Also, he clearly knows nothing about Bathurst as most of the corners where he claimed there should be standing puddles are very steeply sloped so there’ll be no puddles there. Rivers across the road yes, not standing water.
