This is completely unrelated but I want to see if anyone can guess where I live. A country in North America, east coast, area looks like a submarine
Haven't been able to catch any Streams recently but glad to see another GT Video 😀
There's a mod for gt4 but the online public beta version… that's fairly new
And another one for pcsx2 that's an upscaling to texture to 4k
Edit: He probably know……
Edit2: removed quotation marks, also good job to modders for what they did.
Modding Gran Turismo games is getting bigger and bigger. There is custom engine sounds replacing in GT4. In GT6, we can create career events and add them to the game, also engine sounds. We can also use custom made tracks in the career events.
I hope in the final build
The career is remade
Where there's is more to do
More races to do
But still keep the charm GT3 had
Kaz wanted to put his 911 GT3 into GT3. He had to cut it, since EA obviously had the Porsche Licence. So it was scrapped in late development.
Fun Fact: If you rotate the GT3 Boxcover, you‘ll actually see the 911 GT3‘ headlights
not that much important but I'm curious if there would be a GT1 Globalized version but with JP soundtracks as well as every playable cars in simulation mode like that old Corvette and NB MX-5
or rather, GT2 with every single of removed/exclusive contents like Kaz' Lan Evo, DTM CLK and LMP CLK GTR for example.
I also appreciate how the mod author has taken the time to incorporate the model year (à la GT4) at the end of each vehicle's name. Always irritated me going back to GT3 and not seeing that.
Interested to see how this mod develops in the future!
This is gonna be so great! Misuka really out here being a saint for the GT community.
It's neat, but is there any reason to play this over GT4?
I hope I can eventually put this on my soft modded PS2. I hate using PCSX2 due to some issues I've had with some games before.
Hidden content sure. Complex String as a actual playable track with opponents and not just for licensed/time trials would be cool. I mean who wouldn't want a track with all corners to be a challenging course against opponents and see if the AI can actually keep up or get stuck. If possible because their routes aren't made for it while other content is easier to implement of course.
Music from all versions.
GT Concept content.
Hi, dev here! Thank you for showcasing the demo. I can elaborate on a few notes that you made:
• Indeed, GT Mode will be featured in the final version, currently I've been doing the car dealers & they're almost ready, so the dealer lists almost every car on the mod, with a few hidden special cars not featured on purpose. So there's plenty to browse.
• GT Concept updated a lot of the tracks and car models, and the project features those changes as well, with additional fixes. The project most likely will not initially feature GT4P content, although it may in the future. The McLaren F1 GTR is an exception, as I was able to hex-edit the model to give it a proper night model.
• Some of the course weather environments (like foggy Midfield) are modded, as the environment data is editable. The course env data still isn't final though, so they may change.
• This demo is quite old, and a lot has been done since, and things like menu graphics are now possible. So the missing textures aren't there on final, luckily! Textures can't really yet be properly edited themselves, but they can be added to the menus and the textures can be changed.
I think that's all I wanted to touch upon, and thanks again! If anyone has any questions about the project, feel free to ask.
-EDIT: Forgot to mention. The mod will work on real hardware as well, so it is not going to be a PCSX2-only game!
5:25 a v6 sir
Is this available as a whole rom? I’d love to have this on my handheld
Schnelllllllllll racing
this mod feels so off, I played GT Concept and 3 a lot and this feels so… different, Its weird. Like Eden said, the maps feel different but I cant tell what is
And theres no pod, sadge
When i was in Korea in 02-04 I had a modded ps2 and got to play alot of other worldly games, including concepts, it was awesome i miss it.
can somebody tell me how playable will be pcsx2 emulator on my rig- i7-6700k, geforce 1080?
YES!!
dat boy aint nothing but trouble xD very random
GT4's content with GT3's soundtrack is gonna be epic.
Gt4 have fix for rims in emulator
If there was a way to implement GT2/GT3 AI into GT4, that would be amazing, but I really doubt it is possible.
Playing spa on GT3 aspec would be beyond fresh and clean
Holy grail mclaren F1🔥🔥🔥gotta love that bmw v12 screaming at high rpm.
outro song?
This is frigging epicness, so is this going to be like a definitive GT3 edition featuring all NTSC cars a d music in the same game as PAL and will it be possible to put an ISO of it on a disc for PS2?
The 406 coupé is kinda ugly in game, but in real life it's a very pretty and elegant car
damn… 20 years later I never thought it would forever stay a dream but a GT3 definitive edition is finally a reality!
Unless if you already have, check out GT4 online enhanced versions and the GT5/6 mastermod. you can even play GT5 online again with tracks ported from GT PSP
This looks really cool. With all the extra content this adds I'd love to see career mode revamped too though I don't know how much work it would take. Maybe reshuffle some prize cars and what tracks use (at least use Test Course less).
So this is actually a mod confirmed now!
