You finally met up with the undead pirates. Surprisingly you did not fight them from the start, instead you started talking to them and intimidating them. Eventually they let you through to go and talk to Madam Lich but to be wary about the Zombies. The zombies don’t have an intelligence of their own and attack anything on sight. As you explored the area you found valuable wares, undead playing card games and a room where they kept all of their zombies which Akashi disposed of. In the end you met with Madam Lich.
The reason she required Nili was that she fostered her when she was living and now for her experiments required some of her blood. Flynn was hesitant at first but eventually let it happen. Afterwards Madam Lich gave you passage past her domain.
